□ 서울에너지드림센터(센터장 이용성)는 탄소중립·재생에너지·제로에너지건축물(ZEB) 등 주제의 방문형 환경교육 프로그램인 「찾아가는 에너지드림스쿨」의 참여기관을 모집한다고 27일(금) 밝혔다.
○ 서울에너지드림센터는 상암동 ‘평화의 공원’ 내 위치한 국내 최초 에너지자립형 친환경 공공건물로, 서울 도심에서 환경·에너지·기후변화를 주제로 한 교육과 체험 프로그램을 운영하는 환경교육 전문기관이다.
○ 「찾아가는 에너지드림스쿨」은 서울에너지드림센터 방문이 어려운 기관을 대상으로 한 찾아가는 환경교육 프로그램으로, 서울에너지드림센터는 서울특별시 대표 환경교육기관으로서 지역 기반 환경교육 거점의 역할을 수행하기 위해 방문이 어려운 학교밖 돌봄기관에 찾아가는 교육서비스를 확장함으로써 서울형 환경교육 모델을 현장 중심으로 구현하고 있다.
□ 서울에너지드림센터의 「찾아가는 에너지드림스쿨」는 센터의 대표 환경교육 콘텐츠인 탄소중립, 재생에너지, 제로에너지건축물 등 주제의 프로그램을 4차시로 재구성한 학교밖 돌봄기관의 초등학생 대상 맞춤형 프로그램으로, 센터는 참여기관 6개소를 선정 후 찾아가는 교육서비스를 지원한다.
○ 총 4차시로 구성된 교육과정은 「슬기로운 탄소중립생활」, 「태양광 에너지 탐험교실」, 「지구를 지키는 ZEB BUILDERS!」, 「친환경 에너지하우스」 등으로 센터는 각 90분 단위 프로그램을 순차적으로 지원한다.
○ 구체적으로, 1차시 「슬기로운 탄소중립생활」은 기후위기와 탄소중립의 의미를 다룬다. 2차시 「태양광 에너지 탐험교실」은 재생에너지의 개념 학습과 태양광 로봇 만들기 활동을 지원한다. 3차시 「지구를 지키는 ZEB BUILDERS!」는 제로에너지건축물(ZEB)의 개념 학습과 보드게임을 통해 적용 사례를 이해한다. 4차시 「친환경 에너지하우스」는 친환경 에너지 하우스를 직접 설계·제작하고 발표하며 전체 활동을 마무리한다.
□ 서울특별시 소재 학교 밖 돌봄기관은 누구나 신청 가능하며, 참여를 희망하는 기관은 서울에너지드림센터 누리집을 통해 접수하면 된다. 신청은 오는 3월 13일(금)까지이며, 프로그램 운영에 필요한 전문 강사진과 교구재는 모두 무료로 지원된다.
□ 서울에너지드림센터 이용성 센터장은 “기후위기 시대에 환경교육은 선택이 아니라 모든 아이들이 누려야 할 기본 역량 교육”이라며, “센터 방문이 어려운 학교 밖 돌봄기관까지 교육을 확장함으로써 환경교육의 접근성을 높이고, 미래세대의 기후역량을 키우며 일상 속에서 탄소중립을 실천할 수 있도록 지원하고자 한다”고 밝혔다. 덧붙여 “이번 ‘찾아가는 에너지드림스쿨’을 통해 서울형 환경교육 모델이 학교밖 돌봄기관 등 현장 중심으로 확산되기를 기대하며, 앞으로도 지역사회와 함께하는 공공 환경교육 플랫폼으로서 역할을 더욱 강화해 나가겠다”고 덧붙였다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
