□ 한국환경교육전시관네트워크(KEEF)는 지난 7월 6일부터 8일까지 2박 3일간 경남환경교육원에서 전국 환경교육전시관 관계자들이 참여한 가운데 「2026 한국환경교육전시관네트워크 워크숍」을 개최하였다. 한국환경교육전시관네트워크(KEEF)는 지난 2015년도에 출범한 환경교육전시관 간 협의체로, 서울에너지드림센터가 교육분과위원회를 맡고 있다.
□ 이번 워크숍은 환경교육전시관 간 협력체계를 강화하고 네트워크 운영 방향을 함께 논의하기 위해 마련되었으며, 네트워크 대표기관인 인천업사이클에코센터와 교육분과위원회를 맡고 있는 서울에너지드림센터가 공동으로 기획, 운영하였다. 서울에너지드림센터(서울), 노원환경재단(서울 노원), 수원시기후변화체험교육관(경기 수원), 수지환경교육센터(경기 용인), 인천업사이클에코센터(인천), 청주국제에코콤플렉스(충북 청주), 아시아기후변화교육센터(제주) 등 전국의 환경교육 전시관이 함께 했다. 참가자들은 네트워크 운영체계 개선, 공동사업 발굴, 해설 전문성 강화, 지역 환경교육 자원 활용 방안 등을 중심으로 다양한 의견을 공유하였다.
□ 첫째 날에는 진주성과 촉석루 등 지역 문화자원을 탐방한 후 한국환경교육전시관네트워크 활성화 회의를 개최하였다. 회의에서는 네트워크 조직체계 개선과 운영 방향, 공동 아카이빙 구축 등 지속적인 협력 기반 조성 방안이 논의되었다.
□ 둘째 날에는 지리산 탐방을 통해 지역 자연환경을 직접 경험하고 지역 전문가 특강(경남환경교육네트워크 곽승국 대표)과 함께 경남의 지역환경교육 프로그램 운영 사례를 살펴보는 시간을 가졌으며, 환경교육전시관 해설가 및 교육강사의 역량 강화 연수 운영 방안을 비롯해 교육 콘텐츠 공유 및 공동 프로그램 개발 방향 등에 대한 심도 있는 논의를 진행하였다. 참가 기관들은 환경교육전시관이 보유한 교육 콘텐츠와 운영 경험을 공유하고, 기관 간 연계사업 확대와 공동 교육 프로그램 개발의 필요성에 공감하였다.
□ 마지막 날에는 워크숍 운영 결과를 종합 평가하고 향후 한국환경교육전시관네트워크의 운영 방향과 협력사업 추진 계획을 공유하며 일정을 마무리하였다.
□ 한국환경교육전시관네트워크 대표기관인 인천업사이클에코센터의 조강희 센터장은 "환경교육전시관은 지역 환경교육의 거점으로서 기관 간 협력이 무엇보다 중요하다"며 "이번 워크숍을 통해 각 기관의 운영 사례를 공유하고 공동사업의 방향을 함께 논의할 수 있었다. 앞으로도 한국환경교육전시관네트워크가 전국 환경교육전시관의 협력을 이끌고 환경교육의 질을 높이는 데 힘쓰겠다."고 밝혔다.
□ 이어 교육분과위원장인 서울에너지드림센터 이용성 센터장은 "환경교육전시관은 지역의 환경교육 거점으로서 시민과 가장 가까운 곳에서 시민과 환경교육을 잇는 기관"이라며 "이번 워크숍은 각 기관의 운영 경험과 교육 콘텐츠를 공유하고, 공동의 발전 방향을 함께 모색한 뜻깊은 자리였다. 앞으로도 교육분과를 중심으로 전시관 간 교류와 협력을 확대하고 현장 중심의 환경교육 역량을 높여 나가겠다."고 밝혔다.
□ 한국환경교육전시관네트워크(KEEF)는 전국 환경교육전시관 간 교류와 협력을 바탕으로 전시교육 콘텐츠를 공유하고 공동사업을 추진하는 전국 20여개 기관의 협의체로, 지역 환경교육 활성화와 국민 환경교육 서비스의 질적 향상을 위한 다양한 협력사업을 지속적으로 추진하고 있다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
