□ 서울특별시환경교육센터는 광역환경교육센터의 체계적 운영 및 환류체계 적용을 위해 환경교육 분야 관계자 및 전문가 등 10인의 평가위원을 구성한 후 19일(목) 서울에너지드림센터에서 사업이행평가를 실시했다. ○ 서울특별시환경교육센터는 「환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 법률」 및 「서울특별시 환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 조례」에 따라 서울에너지드림센터에 지정된 광역환경교육센터(지정: ‘24. 5. 2)로 ‘환경학습도시 서울’의 환경교육 활성화를 위해 광역환경교육의 거점 역할을 수행하고 있다. ○ 광역환경교육센터 사업이행평가는 「지역환경교육센터 지정 및 운영지침」(환경부, 2023)에 따라 ‘기관 운영 평가’, ‘계획 대비 사업성과 평가’ 등을 통해 ‘차년도 사업계획 반영’을 목적으로 실시하는 사업평가 환류체계 과정으로, 서울특별시환경교육센터는 2024년도 사업이행평가를 위해 환경교육 관련 전문 평가위원(내부·외부위원) 10인을 구성하여 서울특별시환경교육센터 운영부문 및 사업부문에 대한 전반적인 평가를 실시하였다. □ 평가과정은 광역환경교육센터로서 서울특별시환경교육센터가 갖는 미션과 비전, 그리고 추진목표 등을 뒷받침하는 운영부문에 대한 평가와 광역환경교육센터 세부 단위사업에 대한 사업이행결과를 평가하는 과정으로 나누어 진행되었다. ○ 서울특별시환경교육센터는 「지역환경교육센터 지정 및 운영지침」(환경부, 2023)에 근거하여, 총 10인의 내부(운영위원) 및 외부위원으로 평가위원을 구성하였다. 국가환경교육센터, 광역환경교육센터, 기초환경교육센터, 학교환경교육, 사회환경교육 등을 배경에 둔, 윤소야 장학관(서울특별시교육청), 정용주 교장(서울천왕초등학교) 김오경 센터장(서초구환경교육센터, 에코허브), 김민지 센터장(중랑구환경교육센터), 원민희 부장(동대문구환경교육센터, 서울녹색환경지원센터), 손보형 총괄부장(강원도환경교육센터1호, 강원도자연학습원), 황호섭 사무국장(강원도환경교육센터2호, 한국DMZ평화생명동산), 유득남 팀장(경기도환경교육센터, 경기환경에너지진흥원), 임지영 팀장(국가환경교육센터, 한국환경보전원), 조원석 계장(국립공원공단 북한산생태탐방원) 등 환경교육 분야 전문가가 서울특별시환경교육센터 사업이행평가에 도움을 주었다. ○ 평가과정 중 운영평가는 광역환경교육센터의 ‘추진 목표, 효율성, 조직 및 전문성, 예산, 환류 등’의 평가항목을 기반으로 센터 운영 전반에 대한 사항을 평가하고, 이와 관련한 의견을 제안하는 시간으로 진행되었다. ○ 이어진 사업평가는 서울특별시환경교육센터의 4대 추진과제인 「환경교육 연구조사」, 「환경교육 인력 역량강화」, 「환경교육 제도 및 활동지원」, 「환경교육 주체 간 연계지원 및 홍보」 등에 대해 사업영역과 세부 단위사업의 운영에 대한 평가를 진행하였다. □ 이용성 센터장(서울특별시환경교육센터)은 “서울특별시환경교육센터는 대한민국 ’수도 서울‘의 광역환경교육센터로서 갖는 의미를 모범사례로 보여주기 위해, 파트너십과 거버넌스에 기반한 사업추진계획 수립하고, 체계적인 사업이행평가과정을 추진함으로써 계획, 실행, 평가의 환류체계를 갖춘 광역환경교육 운영체계를 갖춰가고 있다”고 전했다. 덧붙여 “서울특별시환경교육센터의 사업이행평가는 선형적인 사업평가 체계가 아닌, 계획-실행-평가의 순환적이고 환류적인 의미가 담긴 평가과정으로, 서울특별시 광역환경교육센터로서 「환경학습도시 선언」(2017년), 「생태문명전환도시 선언」(2019년) 등 ’수도 서울‘이 갖는 환경교육적 표준과 상징성을 이어가기 위해 노력하겠다”고 전했다. |

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
