□ 서울에너지드림센터는 서울특별시가 건물 온실가스 감축을 위해 추진한 「행동으로 동행하는 기후동행건물 프로젝트」의 저탄소건물로 선정되어, 12월 16일(월) 서울시청 본관 8층 다목적홀에서 진행된 시상식에서 서울특별시장상을 수상했다고 밝혔다. ○ 서울시는 건물 온실가스 감축을 위해 공공 및 민간 건물과 함께 추진해 온 ‘기후동행건물 프로젝트’의 성과와 과제를 살펴보고, 저탄소 우수건물 18개소에 대해 시상하는 자리를 12월 16일(월) 서울시청 다목적홀에서 개최했다. ○ 기후동행건물 프로젝트는 그동안 신축 건물의 에너지 효율 관리에 초점을 맞추던 방식에서 한발 더 나아가 기존 건물의 실제 에너지 사용량 관리에 초점을 맞춰 진행되었다. 올해 진행된 프로젝트에는 공공건물 2,745개소, 민간건물 1,421개소 등 총 4,166개소 건물이 참여했다. ○ 서울시는 「기후동행건물 프로젝트」를 통해 건물 에너지 신고·등급제 참여 건물 중 A, B등급 건물을 대상으로 에너지사용량, 에너지 절약 노력, 건물 운영 관리 등을 종합적으로 평가하였고, 총 8개 분야(용도), 18개소를 저탄소건물로 선정했다. 선정된 저탄소 건물은 지열 히트펌프·태양광 같은 신재생에너지의 적극적인 활용과 건물 온도 조절 및 냉난방 에너지 효과를 높이기 위한 옥상녹화 등 시설 개선 및 다양한 고효율화 사례를 갖고 있다. ○ 서울에너지드림센터는 상암동 ‘평화의 공원’에 위치한 국내 최초 에너지자립형 친환경 공공건물로, 서울 도심 속에서 환경·에너지·기후변화에 관련된 다양한 체험교육 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 서울에너지드림센터는 이번 프로젝트에서 지열히트펌프, 건물에너지관리시스템(BEMS, Building Energy Management System)에 따른 에너지관리, 단위면적당 에너지사용량 0kWh/㎡에 등의 저탄소 우수성을 인정받아 문화 및 집회시설 분야 서울특별시장상을 수상했다. □ 서울에너지드림센터 이용성 센터장은 “서울에너지드림센터는 2007년 4월 수립된 「서울시 친환경에너지정책」에 따라, 건물 부문의 에너지를 절감하고 신재생에너지원 보급 필요성 등을 알리기 위해 지난 2012년 12월에 설립된 국내 최초 공공분야 제로에너지건축물(ZEB)로, 그 자체만으로도 건물 온실가스 감축에 있어 상징적, 선언적 의미를 갖고 있다”고 전했다. “이번 「기후동행건물 프로젝트」의 ‘2024년 서울형 저탄소건물’ 수상은 제로에너지건축물(ZEB) 인식 확산과 저변 확대를 위해 더욱 더 노력하라는 주문으로 생각하고 앞으로를 임하겠다”고 밝혔다. |

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
