□ 서울에너지드림센터와 서울특별시환경교육센터는 9일(토), 서울에너지드림센터 일원에서 「2024 서울환경교육한마당」 “서울 환경교육, 우리들의 이야기”를 서울환경교육네트워크(SEEN)와 공동주관, 녹색서울시민위원회 환경교육분과 협력으로 공동 개최하였다. ○ 서울에너지드림센터는 상암동 ‘평화의 공원’에 위치한 국내 최초 에너지자립형 친환경 공공건물로, 서울 도심 속에서 환경·에너지·기후변화에 관련된 다양한 체험교육 프로그램을 운영하는 기관이다. ○ 서울특별시환경교육센터는 「환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 법률」 및 「서울특별시 환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 조례」에 따라 서울에너지드림센터에 지정된 광역환경교육센터(지정: ′24. 5. 2)로 「환경학습도시 서울」의 환경교육 활성화를 위해 광역환경교육의 거점 역할을 수행하고 있다. ○ 서울환경교육네트워크(SEEN)는 지속가능한 사회를 지향하는 통합적 환경교육 발전을 위한 연대활동을 목적으로 설립된 서울특별시 관내 환경교육 기관단체 간 네트워크 조직으로 2015년 12월 창립 이후 서울특별시 환경교육 발전을 위해 노력하고 있다. □ 「2024 서울환경교육한마당」은 서울특별시 소재 환경교육 기관･단체(22개소) 및 다양한 환경교육 주체와 서울시민이 참여한 가운데 성황리에 개최되었다. ○ 무엇이든 수리할 것 같은 ‘수리수리다수리’ 마법사 「수리상점 곰손」 및 텀블러를 지닌 시민에게 커피･음료를 제공(200잔 한정)하는 「일회용 없는 커피차」 운영 통해 자원순환을 실천하는 시민참여의 장을 마련하였다. ○ 또한, 서울환경교육네트워크(SEEN)과의 협력을 통해 「환경학습도시 서울」을 지향하는 다양한 환경교육 주체가 함께 한 가운데, 기관･단체의 2024년 주요 추진사업 및 프로그램을 소개하고 교류하는 장을 운영하였다. ○ 「녹색서울시민위원회 환경교육분과」 주관의 「2024 서울환경교육포럼」을 협력 개최함으로서, 「서울특별시 제3차 환경교육계획」 이행평가에 대한 논의를 비롯해 자원순환 주제 환경교육의 방향 및 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. □ 이용성 센터장(서울에너지드림센터･서울특별시환경교육센터)은 “지역환경교육 활성화를 위해서는 다양한 환경교육 주체 간 연계 및 네트워크를 기반으로 한 협력체계 구축이 가장 기본이 되어야 한다”고 하며, “이번 한마당을 통해 서울특별시 환경교육 주체(공공･기관･단체･활동가 등)가 서로 격 없이 소통하고 교류하는 계기가 되어, 상호 네트워크를 더욱 견고히 하고 「환경학습도시 서울」로 향하는 큰 걸음을 함께 걸어갈 수 있기를 기대한다”고 전했다. |

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
