□ 서울특별시환경교육센터는 23일(수) 서울에너지드림센터(마포구 증산로 14)에서 서울특별시 기초환경교육센터 지정 확대를 위해 미지정 자치구 환경교육 관계자를 대상으로 한 ‘서울특별시 기초환경교육센터 지정 확대 위한 설명회’를 개최하였다. ○ 서울특별시환경교육센터는 「환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 법률」 및 「서울특별시 환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 조례」에 따라 서울에너지드림센터에 지정된 광역환경교육센터(지정: ‘24. 5. 2)로 ‘환경학습도시 서울’의 환경교육 활성화를 위해 광역환경교육의 거점 역할을 수행하고 있다. ○ 이날 설명회는 서울특별시 기초환경교육센터(이하 기초센터) 미지정 자치구(13개구)의 환경교육 관계자(담당 공무원, 기관·단체 담당자) 30여명이 참석한 가운데 기초센터 지정(제25조), 사회환경교육기관 지정제(제15조), 환경교육도시(제27조) 지정 등 환경교육법을 토대로 한 지역환경교육 체계 구축 및 활성화와 관련한 내용이 다뤄졌다. ※ 현재, 서울특별시 자치구(25개) 중 12개구에서 기초센터(13개소) 지정·운영 (′24. 10.) □ 구체적으로, 기초센터의 지정·운영의 근거가 되는 ‘환경교육 법·조례와 제도’, ‘지역환경교육센터(광역·기초)의 지정 현황 및 기능·역할’, ‘서울특별시 기초환경교육센터 우수 사례 발표’, ‘질의 및 응답’ 등이 진행되었다. ○ 사회를 맡은 권종휘 팀장(서울특별시환경교육센터)은 설명회 시작에 앞서, 기초환경교육센터 지정 확대를 위해 개최하는 본 행사의 취지 및 목적, 행사개요, 주요내용, 참석자 소개 등을 안내하였다. ○ 발제를 맡은 이용성 센터장(서울특별시환경교육센터)은 「환경교육법(조례)과 제도」, 「지역환경교육센터 운영지침」 등에 근거하여, 지역환경교육센터의 배경 및 목적, 기능과 역할, 현황과 과제 등을 발표하였다. ○ 이어지는 사례발표는 서울특별시 기초 자치구 및 기초환경교육센터의 사례를 공유하는 시간으로, 강서구 녹색환경과와 서대문구 행복그린센터(기초환경교육센터)는 지역환경교육과 관련한 다양한 사례를 소개하였다. ○ 먼저, 최승희 주무관(강서구청 녹색환경과)은 강서구 기초센터 지정 배경과 기초센터로 지정된 에코롱롱큐브((재)꽃과어린왕자)의 환경교육 프로그램, 기초센터 예산 편성(추경) 등 지역환경교육 활성화를 위한 기초 자치구의 노력과 사례를 공유하였다. ○ 이어지는 사례발표를 맡은 강대길 주임(서대문구청 기후환경과)은 환경교육도시(환경부 지정) 서대문구의 환경교육 활성화에 있어 기초센터가 갖는 의미와 역할에 대해 다양한 활동 사례를 통해 공유하였다. 서대문구는 서울특별시 기초 자치구 중 유일하게 2개소의 기초센터(서대문구청소년센터, 행복그린센터)를 지정·운영 중이다. ○ 기초센터 사례발표에 이어, 이용성 센터장은 서울특별시 광역환경교육센터의 기능과 역할, 주요사업 등에 대해 소개하며 발제를 마무리하였다. 특히, 국가와 기초, 광역과 광역, 광역과 기초 간에 교류협력에 있어 거점조직으로서 광역센터의 기능과 역할을 강조하였다. ○ 이어지는 질의응답 시간에는 기초센터 지정, 사회환경교육기관 지정제, 환경교육도시 지정 등 환경교육법을 토대로 한 지역환경교육 체계 구축 및 활성화 방안에 대한 내용이 이어졌다. □ 이용성 센터장(서울특별시환경교육센터)은 “지역환경교육 활성화를 위해서는 추진 체계와 방안이 모두 충족되어야 한다”며, “서울특별시환경교육센터가 기초센터 지정 확대를 위해 전국 광역센터 최초로 설명회를 개최한 것은 큰 의미가 있다”고 전했다. □ 한편, 서울특별시환경교육센터는 오는 12월 10일(화) 서울에너지드림센터에서, 현재 지정된 12개 자치구 기초센터와의 공동협력사업으로 “서울특별시 기초환경교육센터 활성화를 위한 교류협력 워크숍”을 개최할 계획으로, 기초센터에 중심을 둔 지역환경교육 활성화 노력은 앞으로도 계속 이어질 전망이다. |

Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
Effective Date: From the date of posting on the Site
