2024년 서울특별시 환경상 수상후보자 추천 공고
서울특별시에서는 기후위기 대응과 쾌적한 서울의 환경조성에 기여한 시민과 단체·기업을 발굴하여
<서울특별시 환경상>을 시상하고자 하오니 적극 추천하여 주시기 바랍니다.

시상분야 : 기후행동, 에너지전환, 자원순환, 환경교육, 환경기술·경영
시상인원 및 내용 : 21명(대상 1, 최우수상 5, 우수상 15), 상패 수여
※ 총 시상인원의 범위 내에서 선정하며, 수상자로 적합한 자가 없는 경우 선정하지 아니할 수 있음
※ 시상금은 「공직선거법」 규정에 저촉됨에 따라 미지급
- 추천 대상
ㅇ 지원자격(공통사항)
- 공고일 현재, 서울특별시에 3년 이상 계속 거주하거나 사업장(주된 직장)을 갖고 있는 시민, 단체, 기업
※ 예외 : 서울특별시의 쾌적한 환경조성에 특별한 공적이 있다고 인정되는 경우. 특별한 공적 여부는 공적심사위원회에서 결정함
- 공고일로부터 최근 3년 이내 공적만 접수 가능

ㅇ 기후행동 분야
- 생활 속 탄소중립 실천활동, 환경캠페인 추진, SNS 환경정보 알리기 활동 등 미래세대를 위하여 일상에서 할 수 있는 다양한 온 · 오프라인 활동으로 환경보전에 기여한 시민, 단체, 기업
ㅇ 에너지전환 분야
- 서울시 온실가스 발생량의 90% 이상을 차지하고 있는 에너지 분야의 사회적 전환을 위한 건물에너지 효율화, 신재생에너지 보급, 에너지절약 등에 기여한 시민, 단체, 기업
ㅇ 자원순환 분야
- 자원 재활용 · 재사용 · 새활용 사례, 제로웨이스트(제로카페, 제로식당, 제로마켓 등) 참여 등 자원순환문화 확산에 기여한 시민, 단체, 기업
ㅇ 환경교육 분야
- 환경교육을 통한 탄소중립 실천 인식 확산에 기여하고, 환경권 실현을 위한 환경가치 수호와 환경정책 발전 등에 기여한 시민, 단체, 기업
ㅇ 환경기술·경영 분야
- 환경 각 부문에서 환경적인 기술·설비·제품 개발에 기여했거나, ESG 경영, 환경 관련 사회공헌 활동 추진 등 지속가능한 사회로 나아가는데 기여한 시민, 단체, 기업
- 추천권자
ㅇ 행정기관(자치구, 투자·출연기관, 교육기관 등) 및 등록 단체
- 해당 기관장 명의 추천(예시 : ○○구청장, ○○단체장 등)
ㅇ 개인 및 미등록단체(동호회 등)
- 서울시 거주 30명 이상 시민 연서로 추천
- 제출서류 및 제출 방법
ㅇ 제출서류
① 후보자 추천서 1부, ② 공적조서 1부,③ 주요경력 및 수상내역 1부, ④ 공적 요약서 1부,
⑤ 시민상 추천에 대한 동의서(체크리스트, 행정정보이용동의서 포함) 1부, ⑥ 기타 공적을 증명할 수 있는 자료(사진 등) 각 1부, ⑦ 사업자등록증 또는 단체등록증, 고유번호증 등(단체 추천 시)
ㅇ 제출 방법
‣ 우편접수 : 서울특별시 중구 덕수궁길 15 서소문청사1동 11층 기후환경정책과
- 접수마감일까지의 우편 소인에 한해 유효함. 퀵서비스나 택배, 방문접수는 받지 않음

※ 접수 시 추천서식 ①~④ 작성파일은 편집가능한 한글파일 형태로 전자우편(ecomin@seoul.go.kr)으로도 함께 제출하여 주시기 바람.
※ 우송 중 분실된 우편물에 대하여는 책임지지 않음.
- 제출기간 : 2024. 4. 1.(월) ∼ 4. 26.(금), 26일간
- 심사 및 발표 : 2024. 6월 초 예정 / 수상자는 개별 통지합니다.

가. 제출된 서류와 자료는 반환하지 않습니다.
나. 추천서 양식은 서울특별시 홈페이지(http://www.seoul.go.kr)내 공고문 붙임 양식을 사용하시기 바랍니다.
다. 수상후보자가 제출한 공적내용 등이 사실과 다르거나, 사회적 물의 등으로 품위를 손상시킨 경우에는 수상자에서 제외될 수 있습니다.
라. 환경상 5개 분야 중 1개 분야만 신청할 수 있습니다.(분야 중복지원 불가)
마. 이 상의 시상은 2024년 6월 중 개최 예정되어 있습니다.

Privacy Policy
SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
