생활 속 폐기물 감량 실천 청년 홍보단 '제로프렌즈 2기' 모집

□ 서울시는 오는 5월부터 12월까지 활동할 ‘쓰레기 없는 서울’ 청년 홍보단 ‘제로프렌즈 2기’를 4월 30일(일)까지 모집한다. 서울시에 거주하거나 활동하는 만 19세~39세 청년 200여 명을 선발해 팀당 6인으로 총 35개 내외의 팀을 구성하여 활동할 예정이다.
○ ‘제로프렌즈’란 서울의 폐기물, 기후변화 등 환경문제를 최소화해 지속 가능한 탄소중립도시 만들기에 자발적으로 모인 청년들을 의미한다.
□ ‘제로프렌즈 1기’는 지난해 8월 시청 앞 광장에서 발대식을 열고 출범했다. 200여 명의 청년이 36개 팀을 구성해 ▴한강변 줍깅 ▴쓰레기 줄이기 홍보물 제작 ▴무.용.담(무조건 용기에 담아가자) 챌린지 ▴대학 축제 시 쓰레기 줄이기 실천 공간(부스) 운영 ▴환경 관련 영화 및 도서 소개글 올리기(포스팅) 등 각 팀만의 개성을 살린 다양한 활동을 통해 쓰레기 없는 서울 만들기를 위한 활약을 펼쳤다.
○ 활동기간 동안 성실히 참여한 제로프렌즈에게는 수료증을 수여하고, 성과발표회에서 최고점을 받은 세 팀을 선정해 각각 서울특별시장 명의의 최우수상, 우수상, 장려상을 수여하였다.
- 최우수상 : 품행제로(제로지도 및 카드뉴스 제작, 분리수거 가이드 제작 등)
- 우수상 : 비영리(제로마켓·카페·식당 조사(모니터링), 쓰담달리기(플로깅) 등)
- 장려상 : 제로테리언(제로마켓·카페·식당 체험 및 제로서울 댄스 챌린지 등)
□ ‘제로프렌즈’는 서울의 폐기물과 기후변화 등 환경문제에 관심이 많고 개인 사회관계망(인스타그램, 블로그, 유튜브 등)을 활발하게 이용하는 서울시에 거주하거나 활동하는 만 19세~39세 청년이면 누구나 지원할 수 있다.
□ ‘제로프렌즈’로 선발되면 ▴제로웨이스트 사업 소개 ▴제로카페·제로마켓·제로식당 방문 ▴한강변 줍깅 활동 ▴폐기물 처리시설 현장 견학 ▴친환경 축제·박람회에 참여하여 후기를 작성하는 등 월별 1~2회의 주제(미션)에 대한 다양한 홍보 콘텐츠를 제작한다.
○ 제작 콘텐츠는 제로프렌즈 개인 사회관계망 및 서울시 공식 채널 등에 게재해 시민들의 관심을 유도하고 환경보호와 친환경 소비문화에 대한 공감대를 형성할 예정이다.
□ 또한, 제로프렌즈 활동 시간은 봉사활동 시간으로 인정되며 활동 종료 후에는 서울특별시장 명의의 수료증 및 우수 활동자에 대한 상장 등 포상이 제공될 예정이다.
□ ‘제로프렌즈’에 참여를 원하는 청년은 누리집(www.zerofriends.kr)에 접속하여 지원하면 되고, 모집과 관련한 문의는 운영사무국 이메일(zerofriends@5seconds.tv)로 하면 된다.
○ 선발 결과는 5월 2일(화) 지원자 메일 및 문자로 개별 통보된다. 이후 예비 교육(오리엔테이션), 발대식, 공동 연수(워크숍)을 열고 8개월간의 활동을 시작한다.
□ 최철웅 자원순환과장은 “가치소비를 중시하는 청년 리더들이 모여 활동함으로써 환경을 생각하는 착한 소비로까지 이어질 수 있는 문화가 정착되길 바란다”라며 “이를 홍보하고 함께 실천해 나가기 위해 책임 있고 성실히 활약해주실 많은 분의 참여를 기다린다”라고 말했다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
Effective Date: From the date of posting on the Site
