[제13회 난빛축제 후기] 2025. 05. 24(토). 15시.
이제 우주로! (Toward Space!) 주제로, 생태환경문화 페스티벌 개최
난빛축제는, 도시재생사업을 바탕으로 쓰레기 매립지에서 생태환경도시로 새롭게 태어난
상암동 도시를 조명하고, 희망의 메시지를 전하는 생태환경문화페스티벌입니다.
서울에너지드림센터를 비롯해 여러 기관이 자원 재활용에 대한 생활 속 실천과
지속가능성의 가치를 시민들과 함께 나누었습니다.
이번 행사는 서울에너지드림센터 센터장님의 축사와 함께 시작하였습니다.
센터장님은 " 15년동안 쓰레기를 버린 난지도를 생태공원으로 생명을 불어넣은 것처럼,
서울이 나가야 할 환경과 생태복원의 행사로 시민 모두가 힘을 모아야 한다 " 는
메시지와 함께 <제13회 난빛축제>의 막을 올렸습니다.
지속가능한 미래와 환경개선의 필요성을 알리기 위해 10여개의 체험존이 설치되었는데요,
서울에너지드림센터는 <지구스케치북 그림 그리기> 와 <탄소중립 실천버튼 만들기> 두개의 부스를 운영하며
'탄소중립 실천방법'을 홍보했습니다.
이제, 우리는 우주인의 관점으로 지구를 돌아보아야 할 때입니다!
지구라는 스케치북에 흙으로 만든 크레파스 "토토레용"으로 그림을 그리는게 생소했지만,
'지구 사랑 마음'을 고사리같은 손으로 그림을 그리는 친구들의 모습이
"오염물질을 남기지 않고 자원순환을 요청하는 지구의 목소리" 같았습니다.
지구 스케치북 옆 부스에서는 <탄소중립 실천버튼 만들기> 체험을 했는데요,

○ .TV 시청 대신 대화하기. ♥
○ .전자기기 절전모드 설정. ♥

○ .정수기로 낭비되는 물 막기. ♥
○ .자가용 대신 걷기!. ♥
○ .일주일에 한 번 채식하기. ♥
11개의 문구 중 하나를 골라, 지구를 닮은 버튼을 만들었습니다.
<지구스케치북 그림 그리기> 와 <탄소중립 실천버튼 만들기> 부스 외에도
다채로운 행사가 진행되었습니다.
환경이야기를 그림과 글로 표현하는 <난빛 백일장>
때죽나무를 이용하여 소리나는 목걸이를 만들어 보는 <지구를 위한 새활용 뿌~>
<4컷 사진관>을 통해 지구 사랑하는 마음을 4가지 포즈로 표현하는 체험존과
우주를 테마로 한 태권무 경연과 댄스 그리고 합창 무대, 특별 초대 공연이 열려
아이에서부터 어른에 이르기까지 <난빛 축제>의 즐거움을 나눴습니다~^^
최근, "쓰레기 줍는 아저씨"로 유명한 배우 김석훈씨도 난빛축제에 참석해
"이 세상을 살아가면서 가장 중요한 것은, 환경이라고 생각합니다." 라는
메시지를 전달했습니다.
"The Right Move!" "더 바른 움직임, 소중한 것을 지킵니다!" 표어로
멸균팩 재활용 종이의자를 협찬한 테트라 팩은 <멸균팩 자원순환 홍보>활동을 했는데요,
빈팩은 재활용되어 다시 위생용지, 지관지, 백판지 등 소중한 자원으로 재탄생한다고 합니다.
윗부분 자르고 -> 씻고 -> 말리고 -> 납작하게 눌러서 -> 멸균팩/일반팩 수거함에 넣으면 되지만,
멸균팩/일반팩 수거함이 없는 곳은<에코야 얼스> 어플을 설치하고 신청하면, 수거해 간다고 하니
2025 난빛축제를 통한 '탄소중립 실천방법' 참 쉽죠 ~^^
탄소중립 사회로 가기 위해서는 '에너지 전환' 과 '자원이용 전환'이 병행되어야 합니다!
100개의 자원을 소비하면 100개의 쓰레기가 발생하므로,
재활용 이전에 물질소비를 줄일 수 있는 조치가 선행되어야 하고,
물질소비 증가가 통제되어야 '순환경제로의 전환'이 가능합니다.
자원채굴과 소비 증가로 인한 '기후위기와 생태계 파괴'를 막기 위해서는,
'에너지 절약' 과 '순환경제로의 전환'이 시급합니다!
세계가 직면한 위기 요인 중, 가장 관심을 끌고 있는 분야는 기후 위기입니다.
에너지와 소비의 증가로 온실가스는 계속 뿜어져 나오고 있으며, 지구는 점점 뜨거워지고 있습니다.
난지공원 잔디 밑 땅 속 깊은 곳에는 서울 시민이 15년 동안 쓰고 버린 쓰레기 9200만톤의 오염물질이 숨겨져 있습니다.
우리 기성세대들은 미래세대를 위해 끝없이 노력해, 깨끗한 환경을 물려줄 책임이 있습니다.
지구를 위한 작은 실천, 큰 변화를 만듭니다!
우리 내면의 외침을 듣고 실천할 때, 우리의 지구는 아름다운 난초처럼 회복될 것입니다.

Privacy Policy
SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
