[교육 후기] 신수 중학교, 서울에너지드림센터에서 <내 일을 잡아라> 교육 체험
신수 중학교 친구들이 우리 생활과 밀접하게 연관된 기후가 어떻게 변화하고 있으며,
기후 위기와 관련되어 어떤 직업이 필요한지 알아보기 위해 서울에너지드림센터를 방문했습니다.
예전에 유망했던 직업이 사라지기도 하지만 새로운 직업이 생기기도 하는데, "요즘 인지도가 높은 직업은 무엇일까요?"라는 질문에 학생들은 "유튜버"라고 대답했습니다.
교육 강사님께서 친환경 요리사를 소개하시며 곤충 요리를 먹어본 적이 있다고 말하자
" 곤충을 먹어요?" 의아해 했지만 "그냥 먹으면 마른멸치 맛이 나요"라는 교육 강사님의 말에 안심하는 듯 했습니다.
우리가 지금은 잘살게 되어 삼식세끼 고기를 먹을 수 있게 되었지만 소가 방귀를 뀔 때도 메테인이라는 온실가스가 나오고, 소를 먹여 살리기 위해 옥수수 등 많은 곡물이 필요함을 배우고, 육식보다 채식을 더 많이 하자고 했습니다.
"만약 온실가스가 없다면 어떻게 될까요?" 교육 강사님의 질문에 "죽어요" 거리낌없이 대답하는 학생이 있어 웃음을 자아냈습니다.
배출되는 온실가스는 증가하는데 비해 흡수할 자연량은 감소하여 이불을 2~3장 덮는 것처럼 지구가 더워지고 있는 상태인데, 건강한 지구를 위해 습지 등 자연환경을 더 가꿔 나가기 위해 세계가 모두 노력하고 있으며, 우리 모두는 환경운동가가 되어 실천하는 삶을 살아야 한다고 했습니다.
녹색직업의 의미는 무엇일까요? 환경과 생태계, 물의 소비를 줄이는 직업, 도시재배자, 정직하기도 하고, 기분 좋아지기도 하고 . . . 녹색직업의 이해를 돕기 위해 <북극의 눈물>다큐를 시청한 후, 북극에 사는 생물들과 생태계의 열악함을 이해하며 <내 일을 잡아라> 수업을 시작했습니다.
보드게임을 시작하기 전에 게임 설명을 해 주셨는데요, 처음 전문기술 개발을 하면 20포인트를 내며, 블랙아웃 대정전이 발생하면 2바퀴를 쉬어가는 등 게임방법을 이해한 후 보드게임을 진행하였는데, 최고의 친환경 국가는 9명의 전문가를 고용한 팀이었습니다.
직업 고려사항에 게임 내용을 참고하길 바란다는 교육 강사님의 말씀을 끝으로 수업을 마친 후에는 인터뷰 시간이 있었습니다.
첫 번째 질문에 대한 답변으로, 환경강사의 자질과 역량은 지식과 실천 그리고 소통이 중요하다고 말씀해 주셨는데 "오늘부터 쓰레기를 절대 버리지않기!" 를 예로 들어 주셨습니다.
마지막으로 환경 관련학과를 묻는 질문에는 꼭 관련학과 대로 살지 않더라도 여러 가지가 어우러져 융합하는 사회라는 교육 강사님의 말처럼, 서울에너지드림센터를 방문한 학생들이 앞으로 에너지 분야에 관심과 기후 리더십을 발휘하여 모두를 위한 미래를 펼쳐나가길 함께 꿈꾸어 봅니다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
