2023 겨울방학맞이 '친환경 건축 대학생 워크숍 Project ZERO' 1일차 리뷰
2월 4일 지난주 토요일, 드림센터가 겨울방학을 맞이하여 야심차게 준비한 친환경 건축 대학생 워크숍 <Project ZERO>의 1일차 일정이 드림센터 3층 다목적실에서 진행되었습니다.
방학임에도 불구하고 추위를 뚫고 친환경 건축에 대해 공부하기 위해 대학생 총 34명이 전국에서 모였습니다.
이번 친환경 건축 대학생 워크숍 <Project ZERO>는 삼우종합건축사사무소의 친환경팀에서 멘토로 참여해주셔서, 모집할 때부터 대학생들의 열기가 뜨거웠습니다.
시작 30분 전, 1시부터 대학생 참가자분들이 도착하기 시작했습니다. 접수처에서 출석체크를 한 뒤, 기념품으로 후트티와 명찰뱃지를 받고 배정된 자리를 찾아갑니다.
모든 참가자가 도착할 때 까지, 처음 만나는 학우들과 간단한 인사를 나누었습니다.
이번 워크숍의 필수 준비물! 텀블러와 개인컵을 챙겨왔다면 아메리카노가 무제한 제공되어 커피와 함께 즐길 수 있었답니다.
1시 30분, 드디어 Project ZERO의 막이 올랐습니다.
밀폐된 공간에 많은 사람이 모이는 관계로, 아쉽지만 안전을 위해 마스크를 착용하고 진행하였습니다.
오리엔테이션에서 드림센터 소개를 시작으로 센터장님의 인사말, 전체 일정 소개, 안전교육, 유의사항 안내가 진행되었습니다.
다음으로 이어진 순서는 참가자들과 더 가까워지는 시간! 아이스브레이킹 '혹시...OO이세요?' 가 진행되었습니다.
입장할 때 받은 카드와 같은 카드를 가지고 있는 짝꿍을를 직접 찾아나서고, 짝꿍을 찾으면 뒷편에 적인 질문을 주고받는 방식으로 진행되었습니다.
짝꿍을 찾은 참가자들은 서로 질문을 주고받으며 대화를나눕니다.
질문이 끝나면 옆에있는 다른 팀과 합체하여 더 많은 그룹으로 대화를 시작합니다. 서로 알아가면서 딱딱했던 분위기가 금새 활발해지기 시작했습니다.
요즘 유행하는 밸런스 게임부터 '가장 인상깊게 본 영화', '40살이 된다면?' 등 과 같은 주제로 대화를 이어갑니다.
아이스브레이킹이 끝나고 본격적인 특강이 시작되었습니다. 첫 강의는 한국그린빌딩협의회 '이선우 본부장님'의 '기후변화와 친환경 건축'강의가 진행되었습니다.
친환경 건축, 녹색건축에 대한 전세계적 흐름과 우리나라의 제도 등에 대해 이해해볼 수 있는 시간이었습니다.
잠시 쉬는시간을 가진 후 두번째 특강이 진행되었습니다.
두번째 강의는 삼우종합건축사사무소 친환경팀의 '박현용 마스터' 님의 '멘토와 함께하는 친환경 건축 A to Z' 입니다.
소속팀과 하는 업무 등을 소개해주신 후 강의가 시작되었습니다.
직접 설계한 친환경 건축물 (네이버 사옥)을 사례로 설계 시작부터 끝까지 단계, 설계하면서 고민했던 부분 등을 자세히 설명해주셨습니다.
마지막 순서로 각 멘토님들과 소그룹으로 나뉘어 진로, 친환경 건축에 대해 더 가까이에서 질문할 수 있는 <진로 토크> 시간이 진행되었습니다.
현직 종사자분들에게 궁금했던 점들을 묻고, 멘토분들의 노하우와 현업 이야기를 들으며 진로에 대해 탐색하는 시간이 되었습니다.
소통과 활동 위주로 구성되어있는 다음 2일차에서는 대학생 여러분의 톡톡튀는 아이디어를 발휘할 수 있는 시간이 되길 바랍니다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
