지난 3월 23일 서울에너지드림센터에서는 「2022 건물에너지해석 시뮬레이션 ECO2 실습교육」이 국내 제로에너지건물을
대표하는 서울에너지드림센터와 건물에너지효율등급인증 대표기관인 (사)한국건물에너지기술원 주관으로 진행되었습니다.
작년에 이어 두 번째 진행된 이번 교육에는 삼성엔지니어링, 삼우시엠건축사사무소, 건원엔지니어링, 공간디자인 등 국내 대표적인 건축업체 종사자뿐만 아니라 한양대학교 건축공학과 대학원, (주) 귀뚜라미 ,㈜나라컨트롤, 서대문집수리사업단, 주택관리사, 건물에너지평가사 등 다양한 분야에서 참석하여 건축에너지해석시뮬레이션 ECO2에 대한 교육 요구가 확대되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었습니다.
‘건축에너지해석 시뮬레이션 ECO2’는 현재 건물에너지효율등급 인증제도와 제로에너지건축물 인증제도에서 사용하는 공인된 평가프로그램입니다.
건축설계도를 통해 각 실의 크기와 벽체, 바닥, 천정, 향, 개구부 등의 건축요소(건물 일반사양)를 입력하고 냉방, 난방, 급탕, 환기, 조명, 공조시스템의 운영 방식과 설정온도, 효율, 운영유형, 제어유무(기기 일반사양)와 재생에너지생산 시스템을 입력하면 ‘요구량과 소요량’을 자동으로 계산합니다.
이 결과값으로 건물에너지효율등급(1+++,1++,1+, 1등급, 2등급, 3등급, 4등급, 5등급)을 결정합니다.
이런 ECO2 교육에 다양한 분야에서 관심을 보인다는 것은 제로에너지건물에 대한 사회적 관심이 확대되고 있음을 반영하며,
앞으로 건물 탄소중립 정책의 사회적 확산에도 서울에너지드림센터가 크게 기여할 수 있음을 확인하는 자리었습니다.
(사)한국건물에너지기술원 그린건축센터의 홍충표 센터장은 건축물에너지평가사로서 다년간의 건물에너지진단 경험을 바탕으로, ECO2 시뮬레이션의 기본 메뉴얼과 실무에서 이해하지 못한 부분까지 포함해 해설함으로 참석자들의 많은 호응을 받았습니다.
실습교육은 참석자가 미리 건물에너지효율등급 인증시스템에 접속하여 ‘ECO2’를 자신의 노트북에 다운을 받고,
실습에 제공된 도면을 기초로 ‘건물 일반사양’과 ‘기기 일반사양’을 현장에서 직접 입력하는 방식으로 진행되었으며,
한국건물에너지기술원의 조경화 팀장이 보조강사로 지도하여 참가자 개개인의 실습 시 데이터 입력 오류의 수정뿐 아니라,
실무 시 궁금증도 1:1로 해설함으로 참가자의 교육 만족도를 더욱 높일 수 있었습니다.
이번 <건물에너지해석 시뮬레이션 ECO2 실무교육>은 코로나 시국임에도 정원이 조기에 마감되었고,
마감 이 후에도 교육 확대 문의가 계속 이어졌습니다. 이에 서울에너지드림센터와 (사) 한국건물에너지기술원은 이런 현장의 교육 갈증을 해소하기 위하여 교육과정과 내용을 개선하고, 참가 대상을 확대하여 하반기에도 진행할 예정이오니 다양한 분양의 전문가와 시민들의 많은 관심 바랍니다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
