[후기] '서울기후변화배움터' 개관식

지난 11월 3일에 서울에너지드림센터에서 2층에 새로이 들어선 "서울기후변화배움터" 개관식을 개최했습니다.
"서울기후변화배움터"는 기후변화에 대한 시민들의 인식 및 생활방식을 변화시키고, 시민들이 환경보호와 에너지절감을 실천하는 것을 돕기 위해 조성된 서울시의 기후변화 전문 전시관입니다.
당일 개관식에는 서울시 기후환경본부장, 마포문인회, 드와이트 외국인학교 학생들, 환경굥육 관련 기관, 시민 등 약 100여명의 내빈들이 참석했고, 개관 기념식, 개관 퍼포먼스 및 전시관 투어로 진행됐습니다.
"서울기후변화배움터"는 기후변화를 배우고 체험할 수 있는 기후변화 전시관, 기후변화 관련 프로그램인 인형극과 그림자극이 진행될 소극장, 기후변화 및 관련 교육을 진행할 수 있는 체험학습실 등을 갖추고 있습니다.
이 전시관은 기후변화 원인과 결과를 다루는 ‘지구가 변하고 있대요!’, 지구공동체의 기후변화대응 노력과 결실을 보여주는 ‘모든 나라들이 힘을 모아야 해요!’, 서울시의 기후변화대응 실천을 전시한 ‘서울이 앞장서기로 약속했어요!’ 및 시민의 기후변화대응 실천방안을 다각도로 조명한 ‘내가 지구를 지킬 수 있어요!’ 등의 다양한 학습 콘텐츠를 보유하고 있습니다.
2012년 개관 이래 서울시의 에너지 전시관 및 학습관으로써 핵심적인 역할을 해 온 서울에너지드림센터는 ‘서울기후변화배움터’의 개관으로 시민의 에너지 및 기후변화 학습공간으로 발돋움하게 되었습니다.
앞으로 시민 여러분의 더욱 큰 관심과 성원, 참여를 부탁드립니다.

- 자전거발전기로 완성된 인형들의 모습입니다. 기뻐하시는 드와이트 스쿨 교장 선생님의 모습이 인상 깊습니다.
- "기후변화배움터"의 전시관 투어를 진행 중인 김혜애 센터장입니다. 전시관 인트로인 "아파하는 지구"의 해설을 청취 중인 내빈들의 모습입니다.
- "온실가스를 잡아라"에서 전시관 체험에 열중하고 있는 트와이트 학교 학생들입니다.
- "세계에서 벌어지고 있는 일"을 증강현실로 구현한 전시물 체험을 드와이트 학생들이 체험 중에 있습니다. 무척 즐거워 보입니다.
- "지구가 보내는 적신호"에서는 지구온난화로 인한 결과를 보기 쉽게 나타낸 그래프와 전시물을 볼 수 있습니다.
- "정보의 창"에서는 기후변화의 영향으로 세계 곳곳에서 일어나는 현상들을 볼 수 있습니다.
- "지구공동체의 노력"에서는 기후변화를 대응하고자 하는 유엔기후변화협약과 지구공동체의 노력에 대해 배울 수 있습니다.
- "내가 지키는 지구"는 우리가 생활 속에서 실천할 수 있는 환경보호 및 기후변화 대응 실천 방법에 대해서 배울 수 있습니다. 기후변화 대응, 멀리 있지 않습니다.
- "기후변화와 미래직업"은 기후변화로 인해 영향을 받거나 새롭게 등장한 녹색직업을 보여주고 있습니다.
- "지구를 지켜라, 지구 어벤져스~" 인형극을 바람극장에서 상영 중입니다.
- "기후변화배움터" 투어를 마치고 드와이트 스쿨 학생들이 가장 재밌었던 코너에 투표 중입니다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
