[공지] 체험학습전문기관 및 개인 해설자 센터 이용 시 준수사항

안녕하세요. 서울에너지드림센터에 많은 관심을 가지고 방문하시는 분들께 안내말씀드립니다.
체험학습전문기관및 외부 개인 해설자분들이 자체해설형식으로 서울에너지드림센터의 전시관을 이용하는 사례가 많습니다.
이와 관련하여 다양한 민원이 제기됨에 따라 자체해설시 이용에 대한 기존의 원칙들을 일부 수정하여
보다 철저한 관리를 진행하고자 하오니 적극적인 협조를 부탁드리겠습니다.
(시행 2018년 8월부터)
1. 자체해설을 진행하는 체험학습 전문기관(소속이 없는 개인활동가 포함)은 사전예약에 의해서만 시설 이용이 가능함.
- 주말(토,일) 동안 1일에 오전ㆍ오후 각 2팀만 자체해설 예약이 가능함.
- 서울에너지드림센터(이하 센터) 프로그램 예약과 동일하게 센터 방문 2일전까지 예약이 가능함.
- 유선으로 예약상담 후 신청서 제출을 통해 예약함. (첨부파일 "체험학습단체 신청서" 참조)
- 2018년 9월부터 센터는 체험학습 전문기관및 개인 해설자에게 블랙아웃체험을 제공하지 않음.(블랙아웃체험은 1층 에너지드림관 전시해설 참여 시에만 제공)
- 예약한 기관 및 개인은 시설 이용 시 접수문자 확인을 요구받을 수 있음.
- 정해진 예약 시간 외에는 자체해설을 진행할 수 없음.
2. 전시관 이용 시 서울에너지드림센터에서 진행하는 전시해설 및 체험프로그램에 지장을 주어서는 안됨.
- 서울에너지드림센터 전시해설과 해설동선이 겹치지 않도록 주의
- 체험학습에 참여한 학생에 대한 관리소홀로 전시장을 소란스럽게 하거나 위험행동으로 다치는 일이 없도록 주의 (사고 발생 시 인솔자 및 소속기관 책임)
3. 전시해설 후 자체학습 및 복습은 센터 외부 또는 정해진 공간을 이용해야 함.
- 서울에너지드림센터에는 시민들이 잠시 휴식을 취하는 북카페 이외에는 별도의 휴식공간이 마련되어있지 않아 협소함.
따라서 체험학습 진행과정에서의 학습지 지도와 복습 등은 센터 외부를 이용해야 함
- 1, 2층 전시관은 해설진행과 일반 시민이 수시로 이용하는 공간이므로 어떤 형태로든 일정 장소를 점유하고 학습지 지도를 진행할 수 없음
- 폭염으로 인하여 2018년 8월 한정기간 동안 3층 다목적실 앞의 원테이블 이용을 허용함(1기관당 20분, 대관행사 진행 시 이용에 제한 있음, 원테이블 이외 이용불가)
4. 센터 이용규정을 상습적으로 지키지 않는 지도강사가 발견되는 경우에, 센터는 그 책임을 체험학습 전문기관및 개인해설자에게 물을 수 있으며, 이로 인해 전문기관과 개인해설자의 센터 이용에 불이익을 가져올 수 있음.
5. 위의 이용규칙은 효율적인 전시관운영과 시민편익을 위하여 수시로 변경될 수 있으므로 관내 공지사항을 수시로 확인하고 이용해야 함.
***2019년부터 양식이 수정되었으므로 2018년 신청서 양식은 사용할 수 없습니다.

Privacy Policy
SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
