□ 서울특별시환경교육센터(센터장 이용성)는 지난 3월 31일부터 8월 4일까지 전 국민을 대상으로 서울형 우수 환경교육 콘텐츠를 발굴하고 확산하기 위한 「제3회 서울특별시 환경교육 콘텐츠 공모전」을 개최하였다.
○ 서울특별시환경교육센터는 「환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 법률」 및 「서울특별시 환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 조례」에 따라 서울에너지드림센터에 지정된 광역환경교육센터(지정: ’24. 5. 2.)로 ‘환경학습도시 서울’의 환경교육 활성화를 위한 광역환경교육의 거점 역할을 수행하고 있다.
○ 이번 공모전은 ‘자원순환’을 주제로 환경교육 교구, 롱폼, 숏폼 등 3개 부문으로 진행되었으며, 총 90여 건의 작품이 접수되었다. 특히 자원순환의 의미와 실천 방법을 쉽고 창의적으로 전달하는 콘텐츠들이 출품되어, 시민의 눈높이에 맞는 환경교육 콘텐츠의 폭넓은 활용 가능성을 보여주었다.
□ 접수된 작품은 부문별 전문가의 심사를 거쳐 최종 수상작이 선정되었으며, 지난 9월 4일(금) 서울에너지드림센터에서 시상식이 개최되었다. 이날 시상식에서는 교구·롱폼·숏폼 부문의 수상작 총 12점을 소개하고, 수상작 관람과 부문별 시상, 수상소감 발표 등을 통해 수상팀과 수상자의 성과를 함께 축하하고 공유하는 시간을 가졌다.
○ 센터는 환경교육 전문가 및 콘텐츠 분야별 전문가로 평가위원을 구성하고, 부문별로 두 차례의 종합심사를 실시하여 작품의 주제 적합성, 창의성, 활용성 등을 종합적으로 평가하였다. 그 결과 부문별로 대상, 최우수상, 우수상, 장려상 각 1점씩 총 12점의 수상작을 수상하였다.
○ 교구 부문에서는 ▲‘돌고 돌아 서울’(에코머니나)이 대상을, ▲‘실천해요 4R, 만들어요 순환마을’(신*하)이 최우수상을, ▲‘에코루프:서울의 끊어진 순환고리를 이어라!’(비코리움)가 우수상을, ▲‘약속(藥束)’(약(藥)속수사대)이 장려상을 수상하였다.
○ 롱폼 부문에서는 ▲‘생선깡’(박깡스)이 대상을, ▲‘수상한 소개팅’(최강두유)이 최우수상을, ▲‘시간 영수증’(이*아)이 우수상을, ▲‘버려진 목소리’(환경지켜조)가 장려상을 수상하였다.
○ 숏폼 부문에서는 ▲‘사무실 환경교육, 지구를 바꾸다’(김*민)가 대상을, ▲‘다시 나한테 와’(정*수)가 최우수상을, ▲‘같은 옷 또 입기, 이게 요즘 멋입니다(feat. 지구)’(배*영)가 우수상을, ▲‘자원이 순환하는 세상을 서울과 함께 그려봅시다!’(임*수)가 장려상으로 선정되었다.
□ 수상작은 향후 환경교육 사업 및 홍보 등에 적극 활용하고, 온라인 채널 등을 통해 시민과 환경교육 관계자에게 소개하여 우수 콘텐츠의 활용 기회를 확대할 계획이다.
□ 이용성 센터장(서울특별시환경교육센터)은 “이번 공모전에는 자원순환을 바라보는 시민들의 다양한 시각과 아이디어가 담긴 작품들이 출품되어 의미가 더욱 컸다”며 “수상작들이 환경교육 현장과 일상에서 다양하게 활용될 수 있도록 적극적으로 확산하고, 앞으로도 시민이 직접 참여하고 함께 만들어가는 서울 환경교육을 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
□ 또한, 9월 4일부터 10월 31일까지 서울에너지드림센터 1층 전시관에서 서울 환경교육 콘텐츠의 발자취와 제3회 공모전 수상작을 선보이는 기획전이 열린다. 기획전을 통해 서울 환경교육의 성과와 우수 콘텐츠를 직접 만나볼 수 있다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
