서울에너지드림센터, 「제8회 노을 별빛캠핑」팝업 부스 운영

□ 서울에너지드림센터(센터장 이용성)는 지난 6월 6일(토), 서울특별시 서부공원여가센터의 협약기관으로 서부공원여가센터가 주최하는 「제8회 노을 별빛캠핑」에 팝업 부스를 지원하며 협력·운영하였다.
○ 서울에너지드림센터는 상암동 ‘평화의 공원’ 내 위치한 국내 최초 에너지자립형 친환경 공공건물로, 제로에너지건축물(ZEB) 확산 및 기후·에너지·환경 등을 주제로 한 시민환경교육 프로그램을 운영하는 전문기관이다.
○ 「노을 별빛캠핑」은 2017년에 시작하여 올해 8회를 맞이한 서울특별시 서부공원여가센터의 대표적인 시민참여 콘텐츠로 도시의 소음과 빛공해에서 벗어나 여름철 별자리를 관측하고 환경의 소중함을 직접 체험할 수 있는 가족 참여형 캠핑 행사다. 올해는 ‘신나는 물보라, 빛나는 여름밤’을 주제로 가족 참여 프로그램을 확대해 더욱 특별한 여름밤 캠핑으로 선보였다.
○ 서울에너지드림센터는 서부공원여가센터와 협약(’25.4.2.)을 체결한 이후 월드컵공원 일원(평화의 공원, 노을공원, 하늘공원, 난지천공원 등)의 환경교육 및 에코투어 등 시민여가 활성화 관련 협업사업을 추진 중이며, 이번 「노을 별빛캠핑」도 상호 파트너십에 기반하여 추진되었다.
□ 서울에너지드림센터는 8회 별빛캠핑의 취지를 반영하여 자원 재활용 및 업사이클을 주제로 한 콘텐츠와 신재생에너지 관련 프로그램을 팝업부스 형태로 기획하여 행사를 지원했다.
○ 올해 별빛캠핑은 자원 재활용과 업사이클링의 의미를 자연스럽게 체험할 수 있도록 친환경 프로그램을 선보였다. 현수막 업사이클 소재를 활용한 ‘별빛 레츠고 줄넘기’, 재활용품을 이용해 조명과 에코백을 만들기, 병뚜껑을 활용한 운동회 프로그램 등을 진행하며 과거 쓰레기섬이었던 난지도가 생태적으로 복원된 의미를 시민의 생태소양 및 생태시민성 함양으로 이어갔다.
○ 서울에너지드림센터는 수소자동차 체험 및 과자봉지 이용 업사이클 프로그램을 지원했는데, 먼저, 「수소자동차 체험」은 태양광자동차와 수소전기차 모형을 활용해 미래에너지의 원리를 이해하고 직접 체험하는 신재생에너지 학습 콘텐츠로, 에너지 전환과 지속가능성에 기반한 미래에너지를 놀이로 이해하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 덧붙여, 「과자봉지 뱃지 거울 만들기」는 버려지는 과자봉지를 소재로 한 업사이클 학습 콘텐츠로, 이날 행사에서는 캠페인 뱃지를 직접 제작하는 프로그램으로 진행되었다. 이러한 활동을 통해 별빛캠핑 참가자들이 지속가능한 미래에너지와 업사이클을 체험을 통해 이해하는 계기를 가졌다.
□ 서울에너지드림센터 이용성 센터장은 “올해로 8회를 맞는 「노을 별빛캠핑」은 서울특별시 생태복원의 살아있는 역사인 노을공원에서 가족과 함께 재미와 휴식을, 그리고 생태적 감응과 감동을 제공하는 시민여가 프로그램으로서 의미가 크다”고 전하며, “서울에너지드림센터는 앞으로도 서부여가공원센터와 지속적인 협력을 통해 월드컵공원 일원의 생태적 가치를 이해하는 다양한 환경교육 및 시민여가 프로그램을 계속 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
