□ 서울특별시환경교육센터(센터장 이용성)는 지난 5월 19일(화), 서울에너지드림센터에서 서울특별시 광역·기초환경교육센터, 사회환경교육기관, 환경교육 기관·단체 관계자 등을 대상으로 「제2차 서울형 환경교육 거버넌스 학습포럼」을 개최하였다.○ 서울특별시환경교육센터는 「환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 법률」 및 「서울특별시 환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 조례」에 따라 서울에너지드림센터에 지정된 광역환경교육센터(지정: ’24. 5. 2)로 ‘환경학습도시 서울’의 환경교육 활성화를 위해 광역환경교육의 거점 역할을 수행하고 있다.
○ 서울특별시에 지정된 기초환경교육센터(「환경교육법」 제25조)는 현재(2026년 5월) 25개 자치구 중 15개 자치구에서 18개소가 지정·운영(지정권자: 자치구청장) 중이며, 서울특별시가 지정한 사회환경교육기관(「환경교육법」 제15조) 또한 18개소가 운영되고 있다.
○ 이날 학습포럼에는 광역환경교육센터(서울특별시환경교육센터)를 비롯해 기초환경교육센터 7개소, 사회환경교육기관 9개소 등 지역 환경교육 관계자 총 33명이 참석하였다.
□ 이번 학습포럼은 서울의 환경교육 거버넌스 체계 구축을 위해 추진하는 서울특별시환경교육센터의 광역-기초 공동협력사업 중 하나로, 거버넌스 협력 주체 및 관계자를 대상으로 ‘제4차 국가·서울특별시 환경교육계획’ 및 ‘제2기 서울특별시 생태전환교육 정책과 체계’에 대해 학습하는 장(長)으로 마련되었다.
○ 첫 번째 세션에서는 정수정 한국환경교육연구소장이 ‘제4차 국가환경교육계획’을 주제로 국가 환경교육 정책의 방향과 주요 과제를 공유하였으며, 두 번째 세션에서는 윤소야 서울특별시교육청 생태·환경교육팀 장학관이 ‘제2기 생태전환교육 중장기 발전계획 및 2026년 기본계획’을 발표하는 등 생태전환교육계획의 흐름과 핵심 가치, 추진 방향에 대해 살펴보는 시간을 가졌다.
○ 마지막 세션에서 이용성 서울특별시환경교육센터장은 ‘제4차 서울특별시환경교육계획 공유’와 ‘변혁교육을 향한 서울형 환경교육 체계’를 주제로 발표하며, 서울형 환경교육의 정책 방향과 지역 기반 환경교육 거버넌스 구축 및 활성화 필요성에 대해 강조하였다.
□ 이용성 센터장(서울특별시환경교육센터)은 “이번 학습포럼으로 국가와 서울특별시 환경교육계획, 그리고 시교육청 생태전환교육계획을 공유함으로써 지역 환경교육 주체의 실행 역량 강화를 할 수 있는 뜻깊은 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 포럼 운영을 통해 환경교육 주체의 정책 이해도를 높이고, 지역 환경교육 거버넌스 간 협력체계 활성화를 위한 우수사례를 지속적으로 확산해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
