□ 서울에너지드림센터는 12월 11일(목), 서울올림픽파크텔에서 열린 「2025 대한민국 환경·에너지 대상」 시상식에서 ‘제로에너지건축물(ZEB) 인식 확산과 탄소중립 실천, 환경교육 선도’ 공로를 인정받아 한국환경산업기술원(KEITI) 원장상(금상)을 수상했다고 밝혔다.
○ 「대한민국 환경·에너지 대상」은 올해 17회를 맞는 환경에너지분야 공신력 있는 시상으로, 투데이에너지, 한국대기환경학회가 주관하고 산업통상자원부, 기후에너지환경부, 과학기술정보통신부 등이 후원하는 시상식으로, 에너지 저소비 산업 전환, 온실가스 및 대기오염 물질 저감, 에너지 효율 향상 등 환경·에너지산업 발전에 기여한 기관·기업·개인을 시상한다.
○ 서울에너지드림센터는 상암동 ‘평화의 공원’에 위치한 국내 최초 에너지자립형 친환경 공공시설로, 서울 도심 속에서 환경·에너지·기후변화에 관련된 다양한 체험교육 프로그램을 운영하며 제로에너지건축물(ZEB) 확산 및 시민 참여 기반 탄소중립 문화 확산에 기여하고 있다.
□ 센터는 2012년 개관 이후, △제로에너지건축물(ZEB) 인식 확산, △탄소중립 실천역량 강화 교육 활성화, △ESG･지속가능성 기반의 기관 운영을 통해 에너지전환 및 탄소중립 문화 확산에 기여해 왔다.
○ 개관 이후 ZEB·재생에너지 전문 세미나 20여회 개최, 국내외 전문가 네트워크 구축, 산·학·연 협력사업 강화, ZEB 전문 해설･에코투어 등 탄소중립교육 프로그램 운영을 통한 다양한 성과를 창출했다.
○ 산·학·연 협력사업으로는 고려대학교 건축학과와의 공동연구가 「한국생활환경학회 추계학술대회」 학술상을 수상했으며, 여러 연구기관･단체･기업과의 업무협약을 통해 기후･에너지･환경교육 분야의 인식 확산과 사회적 가치 실현에 기여했다.
○ 이러한 노력이 축적되어 「2025 대한민국 환경·에너지 대상」 수상으로 이어졌으며, 이는 서울특별시 광역환경교육센터(’24.5.2)로서 연구·전문인력 양성·제도·활동지원·교류협력 등 수도 서울의 광역환경교육 거점 역할을 수행해 온 결실이기도 하다.
□ 서울에너지드림센터 이용성 센터장은 “서울에너지드림센터는 국내 공공분야 최초 제로에너지건축물(ZEB)로서, 그 자체만으로도 건물 분야 온실가스 감축의 상징적･선언적 의미를 담은 기관이다”라며, “이번 「2025 대한민국 환경·에너지 대상」의 한국환경산업기술원 원장상(금상) 수상은 그간의 노력을 대외적으로 인정받은 성과로, 앞으로도 재생에너지·제로에너지건축물(ZEB)인식 확산과 탄소중립 실현, 나아가 광역환경교육 거점으로서의 역할 강화에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
