□ 서울에너지드림센터(센터장 이용성)는 한국환경연구원(KEI) 국가기후위기적응센터(KACCC)의 「2025 기후위기 적응 그림 공모전」 수상작 전시회를 12월부터 내년 1월 30일(금)까지 드림센터 3층 공간에서 개최한다.
○ 서울에너지드림센터는 상암동 ‘평화의 공원’에 위치한 국내 최초 에너지자립형 친환경 공공시설로, 서울 도심 속에서 환경·에너지·기후변화 관련 다양한 체험교육 프로그램을 운영하며 아동·청소년을 비롯한 시민참여를 기반으로 한 탄소중립 문화 확산을 위해 노력하고 있다.
○ 한국환경연구원(KEI) 국가기후위기적응센터(KACCC)는 2009년 설립된 국내 유일의 적응정책 전문 연구기관으로, 「탄소중립기본법」 제46조(국가 기후위기 적응센터 지정 및 평가 등)에 따른 기후위기적응대책의 수립 및 국가 적응대책 지원, 평가체계 구축, 교육·홍보 등 기후위기 적응 정책의 확산을 위한 기능을 수행하고 있다.
○ 국가기후위기적응센터(KACCC)의 「기후위기 적응 그림 공모전」은 ‘기후위기 적응’에 대한 미래세대의 인식 확산 및 국민체감도 제고를 위해 한국환경연구원(KEI)이 기후에너지환경부와 공동 주최한 전국 단위 공모전으로, 2022년부터 매년 개최하고 있다.
□ 이번 전시회는 서울에너지드림센터와 국가기후위기적응센터(KACCC)와의 협약(’25.9.16)에 따른 이행사업으로 양 기관은 「2025 기후위기 적응 그림 공모전」의 수상작 전시를 통해 미래세대 관점에서 바라본 기후적응과 회복 메시지를 전달하고 국민적 공감대를 도모하고자 마련되었다. 참고로, 국가기후위기적응센터(KACCC)는 「지구는 내가 지킨다! 기후위기에도 튼튼한 지구를 만들어요」라는 주제로 2025년도 공모전을 공고한 후 5월 19일부터 7월 31일까지 응모작을 접수한 후 심사 과정을 거친 후 지난 11월 7일에 수상작을 발표하였다.
○ 전시회에서는 유치부문, 초등저학년부문(1~3학년), 초등고학년부문(4~6학년) 등 공모부문별 수상작을 만날 수 있다. 구체적으로 △기후위기에 적응하기 위한 작은 실천, 우리는 이렇게 실천해요! △우리 동네를 기후위기에도 안전한 곳으로 만들 수 있는 방법은? △기후위기! 재미있는 아이디어로 해결해요! 등 기후적응 관련 주제를 표현한 다양한 작품을 다채롭게 만날 수 있다.
○ 이번 전시회에는 공모전 수상작 가운데 △대상 1점, △최우수상 3점, △우수상 6점, △특선 15점 등 총 25점이 전시된다. 서울에너지드림센터 전시교육팀 담당자는 “기후위기와 적응을 둘러싼 미래세대의 생각과 아이디어를 공모전의 수상작 작품으로 만날 수 있는 이번 전시회에 많은 시민들이 함께 하길 바란다”고 전했다.
□ 서울에너지드림센터 이용성 센터장은 “이번 전시회는 서울에너지드림센터와 한국환경연구원(KEI) 국가기후위기적응센터(KACCC) 간 협약에 따른 첫 협력사업으로서 의미가 크다”고 전하며, “앞으로도 양 기관의 파트너십을 기반으로 기후적응과 회복을 위한 다양한 협력사업을 추진하여 시민의 기후소양 및 기후역량을 강화하고 ‘적응’과 ‘회복’의 키워드를 함께 실현해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
