□ 서울특별시환경교육센터(센터장 이용성)는 지난 10월 28일(화), 11월 6일(목)일 양일에 걸쳐 서울 소재 어린이집 교원을 대상으로 생태전환 지향 유아환경교육 교사연수를 개최하였다.
○ 서울특별시환경교육센터는 「환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 법률」 및 「서울특별시 환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 조례」에 따라 서울에너지드림센터에 지정된 광역환경교육센터(지정: ‘24.5.2)로 ‘환경학습도시 서울’의 환경교육 활성화를 위해 광역환경교육의 거점 역할을 수행하고 있다.
○ 이번 연수는 ’24년에 이어 두 번째로 서울특별시육아종합지원센터와 협력하여 서울 소재 어린이집 보육교사 60여 명을 대상으로 서울특별시육아종합지원센터 강당에서 교사연수가 진행되었다.
□ 서울특별시환경교육센터는 이번 연수를 통해 변혁교육으로서 의미를 갖고 있는 생태전환 지향 환경교육 패러다임 변화를 교사가 직접 경험할 수 있도록 ‘유아 생태전환교육을 실천하는 교사-되기(becoming)’를 함께(sym) 고민하는 교육과정을 운영하였다.
○ 연수는 「유아를 위한 생태전환교육」, 「포스트휴먼과 생태전환교육」, 「공존과 상생 주제 생태교육 사례」, 「유아 생태전환교육 사례」 등을 경험하는 교육과정(4과목, 6시간)으로 운영되었다.
○ 「유아를 위한 생태전환교육」 주제의 1차시 교육은 오소영(오소리의 숲 대표)가 도움을 주었다. 유아와 함께 하는 생태전환교육의 다양한 사례들을 통해 상상하고 실험해 볼 수 있는 기회를 제공하며 마무리되었다.
○ 「포스트휴먼과 생태전환교육」 주제의 2차시 교육은 안효진 교수(국립인천대학교 유아교육과)가 도움을 주었다. 비판적 포스트휴머니즘의 자연과 환경에 대한 인식 및 인간과의 관계 재개념에 대해 고찰하는 시간을 가졌다.
○ 「공존과 상생 주제 생태교육 사례」 주제의 3차시 교육은 이정근 대표(아이들의 행복한 숲, 유아숲지도사)가 도움을 주었다. 유아숲교육, 생태유아교육 등 교육현장에 있어 인간과 비인간 자연, 그리고 모든 물질이 함께(sym) 공존하고 상생할 수 있는 교육사례를 경험하는 시간을 가졌다.
○ 「유아 생태전환교육 사례」 주제의 4차시 교육은 김성희 원장(인천원당초 어린이집)이 도움을 주었다. 생태전환교육이 유아교육기관에서 실제로 어떻게 구현될 수 있는지를 포스트휴머니즘적 사고와 새로운 시각에서 바라볼 수 있는 계기가 되었다.
□ 이용성 센터장(서울특별시환경교육센터)은 “인간과 비인간 자연, 모두의 공존과 상생을 위해 포스트휴먼에 기반한 생태전환 지향 환경교육이 필요하고, 특히 유아기 환경교육은 건강한 생태적 감수성과 상호 관계성이 매우 중요하다.”며, “앞으로도 다양한 교육주체가 변혁교육으로서 생태전환 지향 환경교육을 함께 고민하고 실천할 수 있도록, 교육주체의 성장과 전문인력 양성에 있어 요람이 되도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
