서울특별시환경교육센터, 「광역-기초센터협의회 2차 회의」 개최

□ 서울특별시환경교육센터(센터장 이용성)는 지난 25일(목), 강서구기초환경교육센터(에코 롱롱 큐브)에서 「2025년 서울특별시 제2차 광역-기초환경교육센터 운영협의회」를 개최하여 기초환경교육센터의 현안 공유와 협력을 통해 환경교육 활성화 방안을 모색하는 시간을 가졌다.
○ 서울특별시환경교육센터(이하 광역센터)는 「환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 법률」 및 「서울특별시 환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 조례」에 따라 서울에너지드림센터에 지정된 광역환경교육센터로 광역환경교육의 거점 역할을 수행하고 있다.
○ 서울특별시 기초환경교육센터(이하 기초센터)는 총 16개소(2025년 9월 현재)로 현재 25개 자치구 중 14개 자치구(강서구, 관악구, 금천구, 노원구, 도봉구, 동대문구, 마포구, 서대문구(1호·2호), 서초구, 성동구, 은평구(1호·2호), 종로구, 중구, 중랑구 등)에 지정되어 있으며, 자치구의 지역 환경교육 활성화를 위한 거점 역할을 수행하고 있다.
□ 이번 2차 협의회에서는 2024~2025년도의 협의회 운영 성과를 바탕으로, 향후(2026년~) 파트너십을 더욱 견고히 하기 위한 협의회 운영 방향, 신규·기존 지정 기초센터 지원 방안, 광역-기초 및 기초-기초 단위의 교류와 협력 활성화를 통한 기초센터 성장 전략 등이 논의되었다.
○ 협의회는 앞으로 지속적인 협력관계를 통해 ▲주요 현안에 대한 논의, ▲기초센터의 역량 강화, ▲상호방문을 통한 협력 기반 조성, ▲서울시･자치구 담당자와의 논의 구조 마련 등 단계적 체계를 구축하기로 했다. 이는 2026년부터 서울의 환경교육을 한 단계 도약시키고, 광역-기초 연계와 지역 협력을 통한 지속가능한 발전 모델을 확립하기 위한 주요 비전으로 제시되었다. 다만, 이러한 추진이 안정적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 기초센터의 기본 시스템과 체계적 지원이 선행되어야 한다는 의견도 제기되었다.
○ 또한 기초단위의 교류와 파트너십 강화를 강조하며, 향후 사업 연계성과 공동 추진 가능 분야를 발굴해 서울 환경교육 활성화와 기초센터 성장을 위한 모범 사례 마련 등을 논의하였다.
□ 이용성 센터장(서울특별시환경교육센터)은 “지속적인 광역-기초 협의회를 통해 광역-기초뿐 아니라 기초-기초 간 협력과 네트워크도 한층 강화될 것으로 기대한다”며, “서울 환경교육 활성화와 기초센터 성장을 위해 꾸준히 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다. 이어 “생태문명 전환과 환경학습도시 서울의 비전을 실현하는 광역 환경교육 거점으로서, 광역-기초 연계를 통해 지역 기반의 다양한 환경교육 자원을 연결하고, 시민·학교·지역사회가 함께 참여하는 통합적 환경교육 체계를 구축함으로써, 미래세대의 생태전환 역량을 강화하고 지속가능한 서울을 만들어 가겠다”고 덧붙였다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
