□ 서울특별시환경교육센터(센터장 이용성)는 지난 9월 16일(화), 북한산생태탐방원에서 2025년 서울특별시 지역 환경교육 거버넌스 협의회의 공동협력사업으로 ‘지역 거버넌스 환경교육 포럼’과 관계자 네트워킹을 중심으로 한 워크숍을 개최했다. 이번 워크숍은 서울 환경교육의 파트너십을 강화하고 지역 중심의 환경교육 활성화 기반을 마련하기 위해 기획되었다.
○ 서울특별시환경교육센터(이하 광역센터)는 「환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 법률」 및 「서울특별시 환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 조례」에 근거하여 서울에너지드림센터에 지정된 광역환경교육 거점기관으로, 서울시 환경교육의 생태전환적 방향을 주도하며 정책적 지원과 협력 체계 구축을 추진하고 있다.
○ 서울시 기초환경교육센터(이하 기초센터)는 현재 16개소로 25개 자치구 중 14개 자치구에서 지정·운영 중이며, 올해 3월 새롭게 관악구와 노원구가 추가 지정되었다. 또한, 사회환경교육기관(이하 사회기관)은 마을언덕사회적협동조합, 아름다운가게, 녹색교육센터, 국립공원공단, 노원환경재단 등 총 14개소가 운영되고 있어, 다양한 주체들이 지역사회와 함께 서울형 환경교육을 실현하고 있다.
□ 이번 워크숍은 광역센터-기초센터 협의회와 광역센터-사회기관 협의회의 공동협력사업으로 마련되었으며, 서울시 환경교육의 다양한 주체들이 한자리에 모여 거버넌스의 가치를 실천하고 협력적 관계망을 강화하는 장이 되었다.
○ 참가자들은 북한산생태탐방원의 지역 연계 환경교육 프로그램 「도심 속 쉼, 숲을 걷다」를 함께 체험하며, 도심 속 자연자원의 가치와 생태전환 교육의 의미를 되새겼다. 또한, 상호 교류와 소통을 통해 기관 간 이해와 연대를 높이는 시간을 가졌다.
○ 이어 열린 지역 거버넌스 환경교육 포럼에서는 ‘서울특별시 환경교육 우수사례 공유’ 세션이 진행되었다. ▲마포구환경교육센터 최승희 센터장은 시민 참여형 기후시민 캠페인 사례를, ▲마을언덕사회적협동조합 박혜린 팀장은 서대문구 민관협력 기반 교육사례를, ▲노원구환경교육센터 김향희 부장은 사회기관과 연계한 지역사회 중심 프로그램을, ▲도봉구환경교육센터 이미영 센터장은 ‘도봉구 제로씨’ 캠페인을, ▲중랑구환경교육센터 김다애 활동가는 신입 활동가의 기획 사례와 보완 경험을 각각 공유하였다. 발표자들은 각 기관의 경험을 통해 환경교육의 지역 맞춤성과 협력적 실행 가능성을 보여주었다.
○ 워크숍을 마무리하며 참석자들은 향후 지역 거버넌스 협의회를 통해 지역 환경교육 지원, 정책적 발전 여건 조성, 네트워크 확대를 위한 논의를 심화해 나가기로 뜻을 모았다.
□ 이용성 서울특별시환경교육센터장은 “이번 워크숍은 서울의 환경교육 주체들이 상호 파트너십을 기반으로 생태전환 지향 서울형 환경교육의 길을 함께 모색하는 뜻깊은 자리였다”며, “앞으로도 지역 환경교육 거버넌스 협력을 통해 서울의 환경교육이 시민과 함께 성장하는 지속가능한 체계를 만들어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
