□ 서울에너지드림센터(센터장 이용성)가 자체 개발한 제로에너지건축물(ZEB) 특화 환경교육 프로그램 ‘지구를 지키는 ZEB BUILDERS!’가 환경부 지정 우수 환경교육프로그램으로 신규 지정되었다.
○ 서울에너지드림센터는 상암동 ‘평화의 공원’에 위치한 국내 최초 에너지자립형 친환경 공공건물로, 서울 도심 속에서 환경·에너지·기후변화에 관련한 다양한 환경교육 프로그램을 운영하는 기관이다.
○ 「환경부 우수 환경교육프로그램 지정제도」는 신뢰할 수 있는 우수한 환경교육 프로그램을 개발을 지원하고 국민들에게 양질의 환경교육프로그램을 제공하기 위해 환경부가 시행하는 제도로, 환경교육법 제21조(환경교육프로그램의 개발·보급 및 우수 환경교육프로그램의 지정) 및 동법 시행규칙 제9조(우수 환경교육프로그램의 지정 등)에 따라 프로그램의 친환경성·우수성·안전성 등을 심사하여 환경부 장관이 지정한다.
□ 서울에너지드림센터는 양질의 환경교육프로그램을 시민에게 제공하기 위해 기후변화, 재생에너지, 제로에너지건축물(ZEB), 환경분야 진로직업 등 다양한 주제의 환경교육을 운영하고 있으며, 이번 지정을 통해 총 8종의 환경부 지정 우수 환경교육프로그램을 보유하게 되었다.
○ 서울에너지드림센터가 보유한 기존 우수 환경교육프로그램은 「녹색건축의 고수」(지정번호: 2022-067), 「ZEB디자인클래스」(지정번호: 2023-076)’, 「직업체험친환경건축가」(지정번호: 2023-101)’, 「호모클리마투스의 집짓기」(지정번호: 2023-102)’, 「드림이의 제로에너지하우스」(지정번호: 2023-112호)‘, 「모두의 집」(지정번호: 2024-105호)‘, 「지구를 지켜라」(지정번호: 2024-106호)‘ 등으로, 이번에 「지구를 지키는 ZEB BUILDERS!(지정번호: 2025-037호)‘를 지정받아 총 8종의 우수 환경교육프로그램을 운영하게 되었다.
○ 신규 지정된 「지구를 지키는 ZEB BUILDERS!」는 △[해설]서울에너지드림센터 ZEB 건축기술 요소, △[학습]건축분야 재생에너지의 연관성, △[게임]ZEB 설비요소 활용 보드게임 등으로 구성된 활동을 통해 재생에너지 기반 제로에너지건축물(ZEB) 원리를 이해하고 학습하는 체험형 환경교육 프로그램으로 건물온실가스 감축에 대한 관심을 높이기 위해 개발되었다.

□ 서울에너지드림센터 이용성 센터장은 "서울에너지드림센터는 국내 공공분야 최초 제로에너지건축물(ZEB)이자, 서울특별시의 대표적인 탄소중립체험관으로서 재생에너지 기반 건물온실가스 감축 및 시민의 탄소중립 실천을 촉진하기 위해 노력하겠다”고 전하며, “특히 시민의 환경학습권을 보장 및 양질의 환경교육프로그램 제공을 위해 환경부 우수 환경교육프로그램을 더욱 확대하겠다”고 밝혔다.
□ 한편, 서울에너지드림센터는 환경교육법에 따른 서울특별시환경교육센터(지정 : ‘24.05.02)로 서울특별시 환경교육 활성화를 위해 다양한 사업을 추진하고 있다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
