□ 서울에너지드림센터(센터장 이용성)는 3월 18일(화), 서울에너지드림센터(서울특별시 마포구 소재)에서 마포진로직업체험지원센터(센터장 조인경)과 업무협약을 체결하고, 청소년 대상 환경 ·진로 교육 활성화를 위해 노력하기로 하였다.
○ 서울에너지드림센터는 상암동 ‘평화의 공원’에 위치한 국내 최초 에너지자립형 친환경 공공건물로, 서울 도심 속에서 환경·에너지·기후변화에 관련된 다양한 체험교육 프로그램을 운영하는 기관이다.
○ 마포진로직업체험지원센터는 지역사회가 청소년 자신의 진로를 창의적으로 개발하고 지속적으로 발전시켜 성숙한 민주시민으로서 행복한 삶을 살아갈 수 있는 역량을 기를 수 있도록 지원하는 기관이다.
□ 이번 협약을 시작으로 양 기관은 핵심 역량과 네트워크를 활용하여 환경 ·진로 교육 활성화를 위해 긴밀히 협력할 계획이다.
○ 업무협약을 통해 두 기관은 △기후시민 양성 및 청소년 미래 역량 증진을 위한 공동 노력 △신재생에너지 관련 진로 체험 교육(신산업분야 융합 프로젝터 사업) 운영 △양 기관의 역량과 네트워크를 바탕으로 다양한 활동에 대한 협력 △교육 노하우와 시설, 인프라 등 보유 자원 공유 등을 추진할 계획이다.
□ 특히 신산업분야 융합 프로젝트 사업의 일환으로 신재생에너지 분야 진로 체험 교육을 협력운영함으로서 청소년의 신산업분야 이해도 증진에 크게 기여할 전망이다.
○ 마포진로직업체험지원센터는 협약 체결 이후, 서울에너지드림센터의 제로에너지건축물(ZEB) 및 신재생에너지 전시․체험시설을 활용하여, 신재생에너지에 기반한 신산업분야 융합 프로젝트를 추진할 계획이다.
○ 서울에너지드림센터는 제로에너지건축물(ZEB) 및 신재생에너지를 주제로 한 프로그램을 공동 개발․운영하는 등 기관의 전문성과 자원을 적극 활용하여 청소년에 특화된 환경․진로 교육 프로그램을 지원할 계획이다.
□ 서울에너지드림센터 이용성 센터장은 “청소년 대상 진로교육은 미래직업의 선택을 위한 사전교육을 넘어, 미래사회의 핵심 구성원으로서 우리사회 직업을 둘러싼 자연-인간, 인간-인간, 사회-인간 간 관계성과 직업의 다양성, 그리고 사회적 인간을 이해하는 과정으로서 의미가 크다”고 전하며, “특히 환경과 지속가능성을 주제로 한 진로교육은 청소년이 자기주도적으로 환경을 인식하고 지속가능하고 건강한 미래세대로 성장할 수 있도록 자극하는 계기가 될 것이다”고 하였다.
□ 한편, 서울에너지드림센터는 서울특별시환경교육센터로 지정(지정일 : 2024.5.2, 근거 : 환경교육법)된 광역환경교육센터로 서울특별시 환경교육 거점 기능을 수행하고 있다.

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
