□ 서울특별시환경교육센터는 지난 10일(화) 서울에너지드림센터에서 서울특별시 광역-기초환경교육센터가 함께하는 제2차 협의회를 개최하여, 지역환경교육 우수사례를 공유하고 지역환경교육 의제 발굴의 계기를 마련하였다. ○ 서울특별시환경교육센터는 「환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 법률」 및 「서울특별시 환경교육의 활성화 및 지원에 관한 조례」에 따라 서울에너지드림센터에 지정된 광역환경교육센터(지정: ‘24. 5. 2)로 ‘환경학습도시 서울’의 환경교육 활성화를 위해 광역환경교육의 거점 역할을 수행하고 있다. ○ 환경교육법(약칭)에서는 지역환경교육 활성화를 위해 광역 및 기초단위 지역환경교육센터를 지정･운영하는 내용을 담고 있다. 서울특별시에는 광역환경교육센터(서울에너지드림센터) 1개소를 비롯해, 강서구, 금천구, 도봉구, 동대문구, 마포구, 서대문구1호·2호, 서초구, 성동구, 은평구, 종로구, 중구, 중랑구 등 총 12개 자치구에 13개 기초환경교육센터가 지정되어 있고, 지역환경교육 활성화를 위한 환경교육센터 역할을 수행하고 있다. □ 서울특별시환경교육센터는 광역-기초환경교육센터 제2차 협의회에 앞서, 광역-기초센터 간 공동협력사업의 일환으로 「지역환경교육 우수사례 공유회」를 개최하였고, 이는 서울특별시 소재 기초환경교육센터의 우수한 환경교육 사업 및 프로그램을 공유하고 지역환경교육 활성화를 위한 과제와 방안을 고민하는 시간이 되었다. ○ 사례공유회는 총 4개의 기초센터가 발표하였는데, 첫 발표는 김지수 주임(강서구환경교육센터)가 ‘2024년 운영 프로그램 및 성과’를 중심으로 시민환경아카데미 운영, 지역으로 찾아가는 환경교육 운영, 그리고 강서구환경교육센터의 운영현황 및 향후 계획에 관한 내용을 공유하였다. ○ 두 번째 발표는 김오경 센터장(서초구환경교육센터)이 ‘신설 기초센터의 추진 방법 및 방안’을 주제로, 지역의 다양한 환경교육을 위한 자원들을 소개하고, 서초구 자원을 활용한 환경교육을 브랜드화하는 운영사례와 센터의 발자취에 대해 공유하는 시간을 가졌다.
○ 세 번째 발표는 심정은 활동가(종로구기초환경교육센터)가 ‘2024년 환경교육 사례’를 중점으로 찾아가는 어린이 환경교육, 지역과 함께하는 종로축제, 찾아가는 자원순환교육, 구청 직원 및 통·반장 대상 환경교육 사례를 공유해 주었고, 그 밖에 여러 축제와 행정기관의 연계과정에 대한 사례도 공유하였다. ○ 마지막 사례 공유자인 강대길 주임(서대문구환경교육센터(2호))은 서대문구의 환경교육의 역할과 기능, 주요 추진과제에 따른 다양한 환경교육 운영사업 등을 소개하고, 서대문구 기초센터의 나아가야 할 비전과 방향을 제시했다. □ 사례공유회에 이어 진행된 제2차 광역-기초센터 협의회에서는 광역센터와 기초센터 간 공동협력 및 참여가 가능한 서울특별시환경교육센터의 주요 사업에 대한 소개와, 향후 중장기적으로 성장 가능한 광역-기초센터 협의회의 방향 설정과 더불어 ‘광역-기초센터’ 간 교류·협력 활성화를 위한 연대 방안과 공동협력사업 등을 함께 고민하였다. □ 이용성 센터장(서울특별시환경교육센터)은 “이번 2차 협의회와 사례공유회를 통해 광역-기초센터가 서울특별시 지역환경교육의 및 네트워크 활성화를 위한 자리가 되었다.”며, “앞으로 파트너십에 기반 한 지속적인 협의회 운영을 통해 교류협력과 지원체계를 적극 강화하고 확대하겠다.”고 밝혔다. |

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
