□ 서울에너지드림센터(센터장 육경숙)는 지난 12월 1일 서울에너지드림센터와 고려대학교 건축학과의 공동연구 논문이 한국생활환경학회 추계학술대회에서 학술상(구두발표부분)을 수상하였다고 밝혔다. ○ 서울에너지드림센터는 상암동 월드컵 평화의 공원에 위치한 국내 최초 에너지자립형 친환경 공공건물로, 환경·에너지·기후변화에 관련된 다양한 전시 및 체험교육 프로그램을 운영하는 기관이다. ○ 드림센터는 국내를 대표하는 친환경건물로서 2012년 건립 이후 녹색건축물인증과 건물에너지효율등급인증, 제로에너지건축물인증을 획득하였으며 이를 바탕으로 지난 10년간 에너지자립율 150% 이상을 달성하는 등 최적화운영과 사회 제로에너지건물확대를 위한 인식사업을 꾸준히 추진해오고 있다. □ 서울에너지드림센터는 지난 6월부터 고려대학교와 <건물에너지효율화와 최적제어 EMS개발>을 위한 공동연구를 수행하고 있다. ○ 서울에너지드림센터는 지난 10년간 구축된 건물에너지데이터베이스와 건물에너지 및 실내환경 실시간모니터링, 제어시스템 등의 운영기반을 바탕으로 지난 6월부터 고려대 건축학과와 협력하여 디지털트윈을 구축하고, 최적제어 알고리즘 AI학습을 통한 최적제어알고리즘 개발 및 실증을 위한 공동연구를 진행 중이다. ○ 고려대학교 건축학과 건축환경 및 에너지시스템 연구실(이하 고려대 건축학과)은 2021년 4월부터 NCSU(노스캐롤라이나주립대학교), 삼성전자와 함께 한국산업기술평가관리원의 4년차 국가과제인 <인공지능과 디지털 트윈 기술을 이용한 상용건물의 에너지 효율향상을 위한 최적제어 알고리즘 EMS 개발> 과제를 진행 중이다. □ 두 기관은 서울에너지드림센터 건물 운영 모니터링에 기반한 <AI기반예측모델 및 Energyplus모델을 활용한 디지털트윈 개발에 관한 연구> 성과를 인정받아 한국생활환경학회 학술상(구두발표부분)을 수상하였다. ○ 디지털 트윈은 실재 건물의 정보(외피, 설비시스템, 지역의 기상데이터 등)를 입력한 가상의 모델링으로 최적 알고리즘, 예측 모델, 변수제어, 데이터분석을 고도화하고, 에너지관리시스템의 성능과 상품성을 검증할 수 있는 디지털 기술이다. ○ 이번 연구는 제로에너지건물인 서울에너지드렘센터가 10년간 구축한 데이터베이스로 ANN 예측모델과 Energyplus 모델을 개발하고, 실시간 BEMS 데이터를 통해 ANN 예측모델의 우수한 예측성능을 실증하여 2023년 한국생활환경학회 추계학술대회에 참석한 많은 전문가들의 호평 속에 <학술상> 수상하게 되었다. □ 서울에너지드림센터 육경숙 센터장은 “이번 학술상 수상을 계기로 향후 공동연구의 최종과제인 <AI와 디지털트윈을 활용한 건물에너지최적제어알고리즘 EMS개발>이 성공적으로 마무리되어, 국내 상용건물까지 확대 적용되기를 기대한다”라고 전했다. |

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
