□ 서울에너지드림센터(센터장 육경숙)는 실시간 제로에너지건물 에너지현황과 지난 10년간의 건물 운영경험을 널리 공유하고자 지난 4월 4일(화) 센터 홈 페이지내에 <제로에너지건물 운영 정보마당>을 구축하였다. ○ 서울에너지드림센터는 상암동 평화의 공원에 위치한 국내 최초 에너지자립형 친환경 공공건물로, 서울 도심 속에서 환경·에너지·기후변화에 관련된 다양한 체험교육프로그램을 운영하는 기관이다. □ 우수한 제로에너지시설 운영 경험을 보유하고 있는 서울에너지드림센터 ○ 2012년 건립시 에너지제어시스템 및 데이터베이스 구축, 사용에너지원의 전기단일화, 실제 에너지 사용량을 기준으로 에너지자립율시뮬레이션 적용 등을 적용하여 국내 최초로 제로에너지 구현하였으며, ○ 이후 2018년 12월 국내에서 4번째로 본인증(zeb 3등급)을 취득(기축건물로는 국내 최초)하였으며, 2013년부터 에너지생산량이 건물 총에너지 사용량보다 많은 에너지자립율 100% 이상 매년 실현하고 있다. ○ 지난 2022년 10월에는 국토부가 주관하는 녹색건축대전에서 운영부분 최우수상인 국토부장관상을 수상하였으며, 12월 12일에는 개관 10주년을 맞이하여 친환경건축 국제 세미나를 개최하여 10년간의 서울에너지드림센터 운영성과를 널리 공유하였다. ○ 건립이후 센터는 한전 수전량의 최소화를 목표로 <건물에너지성능 유지개선>, <건물에너지 모니터링>, <건물에너지 최적제어>등 운영업무를 체계화하여 피크전력을 계약전력(300KW)의 1/3인 100KW이하로 관리하는 등 제로에너지건물의 효율적인 운영관리에 힘쓰고 있다. □ 국내 제로에너지건물은 증가, 그러나 운영관리 기술과 정보 수준은 미흡 ○ 현재 건물분야 탄소중립을 위한 ‘제로에너지건물의무화’ 정책과 기업을 필두로 한 민간분야에서도 ESG 경영이 확대되면서 2023년 기준 제로에너지건축물인증을 받은 건물 수는 예비인증과 본인증을 모두 합해 총 3,407개로 크게 증가하였으며 이와 더불어 제로에너지건물의 운영방안에 관한 관심도 함께 높아지고 있다. 그러나, 건축단계에 대한 높은 관심과 제도에 비해 운영단계에 필요한 제도와 기술, 정보들은 매우 부족한 것이 현실이다. □ 제로에너지건물의 최적운영을 통한 건물부문의 탄소중립 견인에 기여 ○ 서울에너지드림센터는 지난 10년간의 제로에너지 운영경험과 센터의 에너지자립율 100% 실현의 노하우를 사회에 전파하여 증가하고 있는 국내 제로에너지건물들의 운영관리에 방향성을 제시하고 제로에너지건물의 최적운영을 통한 건물부문의 탄소중립을 견인하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. ○ 홈페이지내 <제로에너지건물운영 정보마당>에는 센터의 실시간 건물운영현황, 지난 10년간의 에너지 생산과 소비현황, 최적화 운영업무, 서울에너지드림센터 최적화운영보고서, 그리고 플러스에너지건물을 실현한 건축적 특징과 운영상 특징을 확인할 수 있다. ○ 홈페이지로 연동되는 <실시간 건물에너지운영현황> 존에서는 당일의 실시간 에너지소비량과 생산량, 에너지 자립율을 확인할 수 있으며, 연간 발간되는 <서울에너지드림센터 건물최적화 운영보고서>에는 건물에너지 생산과 소비현황 분석, 건물에너지성능 유지개선, 건물에너지 모니터링, 건물에너지 최적화 제어 업무와 성과 등을 포함하여, 제로에너지건물 건축주와 운영자들에게 필요한 제로에너지빌딩 운영 노하우를 담고 있다. |

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
