서울에너지드림센터, 제3회 재생에너지문화축제 <재생에너지 톺아보기> 행사 개최

□ 서울에너지드림센터는 제3회 재생에너지문화축제 <재생에너지 톺아보기>를 (온라인) 10월 1일(금)~10월 17일(일), (오프라인) 10월 15일(금)~10월 17일(일)에 걸쳐 개최한다. ○ 톺아보기란, 샅샅이 더듬어 나가면서 살펴본다는 뜻의 우리말이다. □ 서울에너지드림센터는 서울시의 대표적인 에너지․환경체험 교육전시관으로 다양한 프로그램을 통해 에너지와 기후변화에 대한 시민들의 인식과 공감대를 확대하는 데에 선도적인 역할을 하고 있다. □ 재생에너지문화축제는 재생에너지에 대한 시민들의 관심을 확대하고 재생에너지 이용이 일상적인 생활이자 문화로 시민들에게 인식될 수 있도록 하고자 기획되었다. ○ 재생에너지는 화석연료와 원자력을 대체해 지속적으로 이용할 수 있는 무공해 에너지로 햇빛, 물, 지열, 생물 유기체 등에 포함된 에너지를 이용하여 태양광, 수력, 풍력, 지열, 바이오에너지를 만들며 서울에너지드림센터에서 해설과 함께 모두 체험할 수 있다. ○ 재생에너지문화축제는 ▴2019년 <즐거운 재생에너지 LIFE!> ▴2020년 <동네 그린에너지가 희망이다>를 주제로 진행되었다. ○ 제3회 재생에너지문화축제 <재생에너지 톺아보기>는 코로나19 감염예방 및 방염 지침 준수를 위해 대면, 비대면 프로그램으로 나눠 진행한다. □ 주요 행사인 <해와 바람과 땅과 디카시(詩)> 는 주제에 맞는 직접 찍은 사진과 함께 5줄 이내의 자유로운 시상 적어 참여하는 온·오프라인 공모전이다. ○ 「해와 바람과 땅과 디카시(詩)」는 ▴재생에너지의 근원인 해와 바람, 땅을 표현한 사진과 시 ▴스스로 생각하는 드림센터 주변 포토존과 시 두 가지 주제로 진행된다. ○ 디카시 공모전은 재생에너지문화축제 홈페이지에서 누구나 참여 가능하며 온라인 참여자를 대상으로 50명을 추첨해 문화상품권(1만 원권)을 증정한다. ○ 오프라인 기간에는 현장에서 참여자가 사진을 인화하고 전시하는 디카시(詩) 야외부스가 운영되며 참여자에게 다양한 경품을 제공한다. □ 비대면 프로그램으로는 센터 야외 공간을 활용한 자율 프로그램 <숨은 재생에너지 찾기>, 신재생에너지에 대한 전문가 인터뷰 영상을 소개하는 <신재생에너지 고수를 만다!>가 진행된다. ○ 「숨은 재생에너지 찾기」는 드림센터 야외 공간인 솔라파크에 있는 재생에너지 요소를 활용한 퀴즈를 푸는 야외 자율 프로그램으로 10월 1일(금)부터 17일(일)까지 진행된다. ○ 「신재생에너지 고수를 만나다!」는 드림센터 유튜브에 순차적으로 공개되는 전문가 인터뷰 영상을 통해 신재생에너지에 대한 신기술을 소개하고 궁금증을 해소하는 온라인 프로그램으로 10월 15일(금)부터 17일(일)까지 태양광-풍력-수소 순서로 영상이 공개된다. □ 대면 프로그램으로는 드림센터와 서울에너지공사를 견학하는 <신재생 에너지투어>, 전시해설과 함께 수소 자동차의 원리를 알아보는 <에너지드림 탐험대>, 제로에너지 건축 요소를 배우고 친환경 건축가가 되어보는 <재생에너지와 건축> 등이 진행된다. ○ 「신재생 에너지투어」는 드림센터의 친환경 전기버스를 타고 드림센터와 서울에너지공사 태양광 실증단지를 견학하는 투어 프로그램으로 10월 15일(금) 오전과 오후 각 1번씩 총 30명을 대상으로 진행된다. ○ 「에너지드림 탐험대」는 태블릿 PC를 가지고 에너지드림관을 탐험하며 신재생에너지와 에너지자립마을에 대해 알아보고 수소 자동차의 원리를 체험하는 프로그램으로 10월 16일(토)~17일(일)에 초등 가족을 대상으로 진행된다. ○ 「재생에너지와 건축」은 ▴제로에너지 건축 요소에 대해 배우고 재활용품으로 모형을 만들어보는 <친환경 건축가> ▴건축과 기후변화의 연관성을 이해하고 녹색 건축가가 되어보는 <녹색건축의 고수> 두 가지 프로그램이 10월 16일(토)~17일(일)에 진행된다. ○ 대면 프로그램은 모두 사전예약제로 진행되며 드림센터 홈페이지(www.seouledc.or.kr)와 축제 홈페이지(www.seouledcfesta.or.kr)에서 가능하다. |

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
