□ 서울에너지드림센터(센터장 육경숙)는 여름방학을 맞아 7-8월 동안 유아, 청소년 대상별 가족이 함께 참여할 수 있는 다양한 온/오프라인 환경 테마 체험 프로그램 <여름에너지 탐구생활>을 운영한다. ○ 서울에너지드림센터는 상암동 평화의 공원에 위치한 국내 최초 에너지자립형 친환경 공공건물로, 서울 도심 속에서 환경·에너지·기후변화에 관련된 다양한 체험교육프로그램을 운영하는 기관이다. □ <여름에너지 탐구생활>은 그린뉴딜 청소년 캠프, 여름방학 특강, 온라인 환경교실까지 총 3가지의 에너지·환경 교육 프로그램으로 구성되어있다. ○ 코로나의 위기 속에서도 안전하게 즐길 수 있도록 대면/비대면 교육을 함께 운영하며, 대면 교육은 소규모 사전예약제로 진행된다. □ ‘그린뉴딜 청소년 캠프’는 과학+환경 체험을 통해 한국형 그린뉴딜 정책을 쉽고 재미있게 배우고, 기후위기 대응을 위한 글로벌 사회의 흐름을 이해하는 2회차 프로그램이다. ○ 그린뉴딜 정책을 그린 에너지, 그린 도시와 건물, 그린 모빌리티 3가지 카테고리로 나누어 강의, 탐구, 체험을 통해 배워보고 이를 토대로 나만의 포트폴리오를 완성하게 된다. ○ 초등부, 중등부로 나누어 20명씩 총 2회 개최되며 초등부는 8월 4일과 6일, 중등부는 8월 3일과 5일에 교육이 진행된다. ○ 양일간 모든 교육을 이수한 참가자에게는 수료증을 발급하며, 참가비는 9,900원이다. □ ‘여름방학 특강’은 유아, 초/중등을 동반한 가족이 함께 참여하는 환경 체험교육이며 8월 7일과 14일(토) 이틀간 총 4개의 강좌가 열린다. ○ 7일(토)에는 태양광 에너지의 원리와 활용에 대해 배워보는 <솔라보트&솔라램프 만들기>와 빗물의 소중함을 깨닫고 생태 감수성을 높이는 <빙글빙글 빗방울 탐험 여행>이 진행된다. ○ 14일(토)에는 친환경 건축가 직업에 대해 알아보고 가족이 함께 친환경 건축물 모형을 만들어보는 <친환경 건축가>, 동화 작가와 함께 환경 동화책을 주제로 체험하는 <어린이 환경동화 교실>이 진행되며 참가비는 모두 무료다. □ ‘온라인 환경교실’은 각 가정에서 비대면으로 참여할 수 있는 프로그램으로, 유아와 초등학생이 있는 가족을 대상으로 체험 교구를 무료로 발송하고, 온라인 학습 콘텐츠를 제공하는 프로그램이다. ○ 본 프로그램은 작년 코로나19에 대응하여 처음 시작한 프로그램으로, 전국 각지의 많은 가족이 참여하며 큰 호응을 얻었다. ○ 올해에는 개인 신청자 400가족과 지역아동센터 10개 기관에게 신청순으로 제공한다. ○ 유아 가족에게는 그림자극 ‘숲의 아이 드림이’의 컬러링 엽서 6종, 초등 가족에게는 에너지 자립마을을 만들어보는 ‘친환경 에너지 드림타운 팝업카드 만들기’ 4종, 지역아동센터에는 ‘야생동물은 내 친구’ 공책 만들기 교구가 발송된다. □ 서울에너지드림센터 육경숙 센터장은 “코로나19가 장기화되어 지쳐있는 이 여름, 온 가족이 함께 안전하고 즐겁게 참여할 수 있는 에너지⋅환경 교육 프로그램을 마련했다”며 “유아 및 청소년들이 환경과 에너지에 대한 호기심과 흥미를 잃지 않고 지속적으로 참여할 수 있도록 드림센터가 지원하겠다" 라고 말했다. □ <여름에너지 탐구생활> 참가 접수는 7월 14일부터 순차적으로 진행되며, 자세한 내용은 서울에너지드림센터 홈페이지 (https://seouledc.or.kr/)에서 확인할 수 있다. |

SEOUL ENERGY DREAM CENTER (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
- Membership registration and management
Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintaining and managing membership, and preventing unauthorized use of services. - Customer inquiry handling
Personal information is processed for receiving inquiries through 1:1 inquiries and bulletin boards, contacting for fact verification, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information items:

During the use of services, IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject, or within the period prescribed by law.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if an investigation related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, until the completion of said investigation.
- Non-member board post information: Until the post is deleted.
- 1:1 Inquiry information: 3 years after completion of inquiry processing (retention of records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under applicable laws.
Currently, we do not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may entrust personal information processing as follows for smooth processing:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
- The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
- Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
- Rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company shall take action without delay.
- If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, the Company shall not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Password encryption: User passwords are encrypted for storage and management, so only the user can know them.
- Technical measures against hacking: Security programs are installed and regularly updated and inspected to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses.
- Access restriction: Access to personal information is controlled through the granting, changing, and revoking of access rights to the database system that processes personal information.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing:

Article 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
